The OP has been far less than clear... He stated earlier .... "Thai wife is somewhat confused because she wants again to go city hall for copy of our marriage certificate etc.. It is my first extension as a retiree and our marriage is no longer a factor" Anyone's guess. My thinking is previously using extensions based on marriage from a non O . Why move to based in retirement is Anyone's guess. Thus thread is like extracting teeth.

Will do. You are not being clear. The requirements already posted by @TylerBKK Seems to me you are asking about "chage from extension based on marriage to based on retirement " I asked earlier to clarify. If that's the case you will need your Wife with you and proof you are still married. This is required for the previous extension

Your posts are confusing Post current stamp from most recent extension. Seems you have stamp for permission of stay till Feb 13/ 2025. You have zero issue. If you wish to exit and reenter Thailand you need to obtain reentry permit. You can do that at your immigration office or airport upon departure. That permit will have expiry Feb 13/2025.

It is very clear, change of tm30 rules june 2020 that in your example it is not required. There are few immigration offices playing their own game.. Outlined here in OP specifically 2.2 https://aseannow.com/topic/1169664-thai-immigration-announce-changes-to-tm30-reporting/

You entered with a reentry permit? If that's the case you do not need to make a TM30

Retirement Visa Extension
DrJack54 replied to Negita43's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
As far as I'm aware most immigration offices require this. Including CW. Which office do you deal with that does not insist on these 3 forms -
No. To apply for the Non O with the 400k in your bank on day of application. That process is outlined in link I posted earlier. The fact that you have a Thai bank account in your name only makes it easy process in your situation . As for time constraint you can obtain a 60 day extension "to visit wife" from your visa exempt entry. The option of obtaining the Non O in country also good option.

You have an option of entering Thailand visa exempt exempt and obtaining non O based on marriage at immigration in Thailand. Assume that you have a Thai bank account in your name only. Here is a thread that outlines that process... https://aseannow.com/topic/1315828-visa-exempt-to-90-day-non-o-spouse-visa-conversion-in-thailand/

You stated in the thread..... "And working offshore on a rotation job, this is not an option for me." Understand now ..... for guys on roster (eg oil gas) the Non O single entry with extensions can be a no go given under consideration period. Many years ago some guys using visa exempt with month on/off had an easy option.

Retirement Visa Extension
DrJack54 replied to Negita43's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Disregard the TM6 field. Here is thread where the OP states that at Korat a TM30 is required. https://aseannow.com/topic/1299733-very-fast-and-easy-retirement-ext-at-korat-today/ At CW they are asking for most recent TM47 receipt. -
Retirement Visa Extension
DrJack54 replied to Negita43's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
The forms you refer to re "aware of penalties " etc are available at immigration. Which immigration office. TM30 should not be required. Using Funds in bank or income method -
what visa do I need?
DrJack54 replied to billybog's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
The suggestion of using an agent is reasonable, especially if mobility is an issue. Also depending on the immigration office . Find agent online, not difficult. Most have a pick up drop off service. Up to the individual.
