  1. It's not a scam. Have dealt with them "for a friend" PM attached. They include CNX if that's your entry pint You could also compare to https://asq.in.th/thailand-fasttrack Edit: I notice your title indicates BKK. No problem.
  2. No problem. I just checked appointments for CW January. You have jan 2 or 3 options grab one
  3. No offense but you should not need to be late. I was actually 30 mins early. The lady at the ticket counter (far right line) talks to immigration lady at the desk that does appointments (2 desks) I was seen instantly. BTW the joint was packed EDIT: You need to print out copy of your appointment. Just do a screenshot and then print. They no longer send confirmation email. The lady at the que desk will ask to see your booking hard copy and filled in TM47
  4. It's eVisa now. Personally haven't read any reports of time for processing. I was talking about this prior to realizing that I have a second bank account so seems no need to start over. If I had I would have flown one way to Saigon and applied straight away. Hopefully it would be processed in approx 4-5 days.
  5. Make an appointment. https://bangkok.immigration.go.th/en/onlineservice-and-publicguide/ I did one November with appointment. Works like clockwork
  6. Actually decided that will obtain 12 month bank statements for both accounts. Bank charges 200b each. Plus "Bank letter" 100b each. Will obtain those day prior to my next extension
  7. Yes. The OP needs to follow simple steps outlined above. Seems currently that appointments for extensions are fully booked out for December. @Suzy be aware that you can obtain extension without an appointment. I just now posted in another thread a suggestion of time for attending CW without appointment. https://aseannow.com/topic/1345004-extending-60-day-visa-exempt-and-transfer-to-90-day-o-how-many-steps/#findComment-19430521
  8. Even though at CW you can apply for extension up to 45 days early, my experience is can only make booking up to 30 days in advance. Yes appointments are also possible at LakSi. Don't see why you need a 30 day extension. You have plenty of time to apply for the Non O.. Require 15+ days remaining on your stamp and 800k in bank Back to your appointment at CW it is possible to obtain extension at that office without appointment. A plan that works (imo) is arrive little bit prior to 12pm in order to grab a que ticket. The break is midday to 1pm. Note to obtain que ticket the io may ask to see your filled in TM7 In that hour do any photocopying, picture etc banking (SCB has no branch at CW) . Photocopy and Banks located L1. Immigration office L2 Enter immigration office (with your que ticket they let you in first) EDIT: Just realized you are using CW to obtain non O retirement from visa exempt entry NOT the 12 month extension. Will leave what I wrote in this post as it's general info applies to both non O and extensions. The form you will be doing is TM87
  9. The link I post in first reply allows you to make a booking. I just double checked now. After selecting "Queue" Then location of Immigration office (CW is first on list) Next is type of service required. When select "extension retirement " You are asked to type your email. Instantly the OTP is sent to your mail. Enter the digits and next page is a calendar. If it's blacked out (no white dates) then it's fully booked. When I tried (pic posted earlier) there were only couple of dates. What does VFS have to do with it
  10. We all have our own way of running household expenses. She has her own accounts. I transfer (every month) 120k using WISE to MY Kasikorn account. She then straight away transfers that money into her account. All irrelevant. A small error was made
  11. I noticed nobody replied. I cannot assist. I did searches on the net and there are few reasonable sites. Here is one https://franklegaltax.com/tabien-baan/#:~:text=by Fabian Doppler | August 20,official permanent residency in Thailand).
  12. That would not work. After using an agent to obtain a 12 month extension to go back to doing it yourself with correct financials you would need to start over. New non O
  13. Indeed. My error amounts to 1600b below the 800k for 2 days. I can just picture the io...."you below 800k CANNOT"
  14. Off topic post removed. OP has not asked about agents.
  15. Some chat about lease here. https://aseannow.com/topic/1288518-rental-contract-as-proof-of-accomodation-for-retirement-visa/
  16. Off topic reply re 90 day report removed.
  17. Every couple have their own "system". Obviously she has my card. Also knows pin. She made an error.
  18. For retirement extension. 800k in account 2 months prior to application and maintained for 3 months after application for extension and can be as low as 400k in other months. Currently I'm in the 3 month after application zone.
  19. Ripper. Your Oz company can show 80k USD congratulations. The OP chose to use agent. Minimal charge 50k. So do you have a LTV?
  20. That's what I'm posting. He entered on foreign passport. When he exits Thailand he should produce his foreign passport.
  21. Indeed. To add.... Suggest if no compelling reason to use Laos then eVisa for Thailand can be obtained elsewhere. Along with option of obtaining non O in Thailand. If that's the visa he is after.
  22. Yes either by land border or via air suggest the OP uses same pp he entered Thailand.
  23. I can't give sound advice on this. Suggest that you exit Thailand using same foreign passport you entered with. Obviously have your Thai passport with you and explain you a Thai citizen.
  24. Forget that plan. What visa are you applying for. Non O retirement? You can obtain an eVisa in places such as Saigon etc OR do a border bounce for visa exempt entry and obtain Non O at your local immigration office. Assume you have a Thai bank account in your name only
  25. Very good advice. I intend to apply for extension early in 45 day CW window next year and if knocked back will either use agent or visit Saigon for a non O retirement eVisa.
