  1. Bit off topic but good chance to acknowledge the great man ubonjoe. I'm not even remotely can be described as expert. Many guys better than my knowledge on this forum
  2. TM6 Not required. Leave field empty.
  3. Bottom line....you were admitted to Thailand?
  4. And you ignore it. The field is currently not required. Along with TM47 etc Did you read thread. No
  5. What don't you understand. Entry via air NO TM6 required. Entry via land SOME crossings Do require TM6. (simple quick form to fill in)
  6. Off topic post removed
  7. OP, added note....some forms and even things like online reporting may still have a field for the TM6. Just ignore it. Leave blank
  8. I believe Phuket has that "arrangement"
  9. This is correct. Regardless if the ticket is a "rent a ticket" or throw away cheap flight, it covers the airline from fine. In any event the ticket even if real would most likely be useless as not allow for change of date/destination etc.
  10. Were you obtaining the car and bike licience at the same time? If so the land traffic office should have been ok with one COR and a photocopy.
  11. Do not understand your post. Forget the "fake" take on things. Post facts. Was onward ticket from company you used successful or not? Your post is scaremongering. If you have not used this option personally than posting random review is meaningless
  12. Which immigration office? Which type of extension and which financial options are you using
  13. The thread is pointing out OP experience of being charged for a 90 day report. As just one other example of various charging I referenced COR as just one example. That ranges from zero to 800b (max I have read) So what did you do at Jomitien? Pay the 300b or walk away without COR
  14. What was the cost of your last COR at your immigration office?
  15. I'm not suggesting you did wrong thing. Whatever works for you. There are also other examples of the opposite. Bit off topic but not long ago renewed my TDL. The fee was 505b. I handed over 520 and despite me not wanting the change he would not allow that.
  16. My first ever extension from non O retirement (obtained in Vientiane) CW accepted my 12 month rental agreement. Subsequent extensions for next 12 years TM30 was never required. Things such as COR etc I never required TM30. I provided TM47. Have been same condo all my time in Thailand. No change of address. Back in the day CW were very different to other immigration offices (eg CM) regarding TM30 required after international travel etc. I notice your joint Jomitien has also in recent times tightened up re TM30
  17. Myself included. At CW .,. I'm now required to provide 12 month bank statement using money in bank method. Never was required the 10 years prior. They also now insist on a TM47 also previously never required (10+ years) I post this information in various threads. Requirements change. That's a given. For my annual extension next week I will do my first ever TM30 as some reports indicate this may be required at CW. Never was previously.
  18. Your thread started with topic of request for 100b for TM47 at your particular immigration office. Now just airing beef with immigration requirements in general. Nice Segue
  19. This thread is just ranting. Waiting for posts re old chestnut "dual pricing" re national parks etc. Next will be more variations of cost of COR at the various immigration offices. No useful information posted.
  20. Based on reports over time... "onwardticket.com" has proven to have zero issues. For few extra bucks might be money well spent. Other companies also success. The posts re use of debit card issues, is not a problem with that company.
  21. You are posting another company. bookonwardticket vs onwardticket.
  22. From "onwardticket.com" "Payment methods Onwardticket.com accepts Credit Cards, Debit Cards and PayPal"
  23. BKK reentry permit desk is located zone 2 just to left of immigration control. Obtain permit after security and prior to immigration check
  24. Yes. Which airport is he departing from. Both Bangkok airports provide a 200b "service fee" option to provide the TM8, fill in and photo. Note: for longer trip out of Thailand (eg couple of weeks) a letter from school to acknowledge trip good idea.
