  1. Yes you can enter anytime during validity of the METV. Seems the io may have stamped you in 60 day visa exempt. Even if thats the case, thinking next entry again show your METV eVisa print out.
  2. It's referred to as Catch 22. Since you live in CM you could consider a trip to Laos to obtain Non Of retirement e-Visa. That process is done online however you need to visit Thai embassy (eg Vientiane) and funds do not need to be in a Thai bank account. That statement is big red flag to me. Perhaps mis reading it. You need lot of access funds in case of emergency. Apart from the eVisa suggestion.. If you have future plans to return to pp country you could do border bounces for this stay and pp wait to obtain Non O in home country
  3. Airline did not request onward flight? Anyway your home free now. You will have no issues at BKK
  4. Oh please. Firstly financial requirements for annual extensions is a Red Herring. Has zero to do with 90 day reporting. As for report in person, you clearly are not a long distance from immigration office or deal with a place such as CW. Or perhaps you never leave Thailand. Or perhaps live handy to immigration office. They attempted to sync TM30 with 90 repprting and as a result we now have IT kindergarten 101. The changes that were previously made (2020) to simplify things were thrown out with the sink.
  5. Absolute nonsense. Also on top of all the issues in the past, currently the 90 report must be done in person after trips abroad.
  6. I google "may 28 plus 89 days 2025" This gives attached result. Day 1 is the day you enter Thailand. People should note that for online reporting and report via mail... That should be done as soon as report window opens which is 15 days prior. Off topic tip for anyone taking Thai to Japan... strangely day 1 is after date of arrival for 15 day visa exempt count.
  7. OP, as, pointed out you will only be able to obtain a 2 year TDL. Yes, if applying for car + bike same day you can use one COR and a photocopy. You can renew your liciences even if expired up to one year. Same as for the COR you could have one medical certificate + photocopy.. Regards your Oz license I assume you have it with you. OP, moved your thread to motor forum. Some threads here with advice also pinned thread.
  8. What. Online reporting? If you follow the forum there are countless threads regarding unsuccessful online reporting. And no it's not incorrect applications
  9. Read the posts. Online reporting is problematic for MANY. And no it's not down to not incorrect filing. On top of that reporting after travel abroad needs to be done in person.
  10. I can but it's not necessary. General information re agent services is not confidential. The payment methods you posted is general info on platforms such as Line etc
  11. For heavens sake. Pity you didn't do same level of extensive research prior to trying a bounce via air with extensive history in Thailand including ED visa. Or was it two. Perhaps stay in Phu Quo
  12. Thinking that you are referring to online reporting. In any event the reminder emails can be problematic. Best to enter due date and window open date in your cell Google Calendar.
  13. The fine at immigration is 2000b. If occurs that no report has been made and for example you are arrested for something unrelated then fine is 5k
  14. Don't see how a different airport would help. It's either Phu Quoc or Saigon. As the agent suggested.. Once you land in Thailand no problem. Suggest just exit from where you currently are. If airline is hard line tell them you have fast track assist entry.
  15. Have you discussed your concerns with "Friendly Thai Visa" Do you have a plan C. You mentioned some belongings in Thailand. In your other thread you stated.. "Now we’re in Vietnam and want to return because we still have personal belongings there. After being denied once, we really can’t risk being refused again — it’s stressful and expensive" Is there an option for "these belongings" When you were flown back to Phu Quoc what permit of stay were you given?
  16. Not an option. Also you need to obtain a COR and a medical. Read some threads a TDL renewal and proceed accordingly. Where are you located. Which transport office.
  17. Finally someone who understands how it works. It's all about return to the bar (even bars in the area) if the farang love affair ends. AKA : he cuts support. Which of course he eventually will.
  18. The plan you outline would work. Still I'm going forward with satisfying both methods. I keep the balance above 800k all year. The head io for extensions at CW is a reasonable woman and ultimately has final say. Bit off topic, however an agent will at some point be my next step. The system does not bode well for folk with mobility issues and this in fact is of serious concern for some.
  19. A report of your total experience tomorrow will be very helpful. In the main what docs were required. eg TM30 etc Good luck
  20. That's unreasonable. For extension marriage a 3 month bank statement should be more than sufficient or even just photocopies of bank book should be enough provided there was activity in each month.
