90-day report must be in person after each re-entry?
Tod States has to be done in person and that's fair enough. I have read more than couple of reports (not ancient) of guys doing report via mail after trip abroad and it being successful. Personally think the "in person" is just a "short hand" In summary I believe that the mail report will be approved however the next one after that may not be successful if done online..

90-day report must be in person after each re-entry?
Some genius decided to try and sync TM30 with online reporting. As a result immigration were/are requesting TM47 after trip abroad to be done in person.

Question about obtaining bank letter from BBL
You said that you deposit which effectively updates your bankbook day prior. At Jomtien that is accepted if applying for extension morning of next day. That is particular to that office All outlined here: https://pcec.club/CHECKLISTS-Extensions-of-Stay Stated here: "Note: Do an ATM transaction and update passbook on the day of application)" (Emphasis not mine) Fact is CW (the OP) is dealing with require update on the day of application.

Transfer of 800K using Wise for 1 Year Extension Visa
Slightly off topic...but.. Read in various threads some "slowness" with WISE transfers. Mainly banking finance forum. Just now I transferred $90aud (1.9mil baht) from Oz bank to my Kasikorn a/c. Time taken : "instant"

Question about obtaining bank letter from BBL
The point is the OP is CW specific. There are more than 75 immigration offices. How things work at Jomtien or back of Bourke office is bit irrelevant. I wouldn't call CW annal. Nothing wrong with the procedures there. In fact IMO they are an office that doesn't make up their own rule book. Jomtien does. CW actually has an appointment system that works. The issue is that office deals with a zillion applications for various reasons.

Question about obtaining bank letter from BBL
Which immigration office. I have used 2 accounts in the past. Many do. For some it's an FD account + savings account. BTW: If accounts with same bank the bank letter will list both accounts. 100b

Retirement visa
A visa exempt entry is tourist status.. A SETV is a visa. However still tourist status.. You clearly not reading the advice The TM87 is for application for Non O at local immigration office. Zero to do with TDAC. Where to start... Bankbook for what? To apply for Non O then yes of course. Letter from gf. No you need a TM30. "Less than 180 days" ., Sounds like some nonsense regarding tax . Please post coherent questions for advice.

The OP post was information regarding WISE transfers. As posted above. I just now did a transfer of ~1.9mil baht. If I try 2mil + they post "cannot exceed 2 mil. As a result need two transfers. Most likely can do second one now however not urgent tomorrow is fine.

You can keep funds in an FD or Savings account.

Retirement visa
You didn't need Vietnam flight for TDAC. So you don't actually have a ticket to Vietnam? The TM87 is a form to obtain a Non O from visa, exempt entry. The TM86 form is used if you entered via Tourist visa. Please don't tell me you entered with a tourist visa. Are you reading any of the advice posted in the thread?

US Passport renewal address in Thailand
No guess. Made in the US of A

Retirement visa
That is only for application for the Non O retirement in Thailand. Annual 12 month extensions do not have that requirement nor does a Non O retirement obtained outside of Thailand

US Passport renewal address in Thailand
No

Retirement visa
Agree with previous posts that obtaining the Non O e-Visa in UK is best option. Note also for others .. If obtaining the Non O in Thailand you need show funds transfered from abroad. This is not required if obtaining the Non O outside of Thailand. Doesn't apply to OP as he has had money in Thai bank for 2 years (strange)

Retirement visa
You can obtain a Non O at your local immigration office from a tourist visa entry or visa exempt entry. My guess is that you entered visa exempt. The Non O requires 800k in Thai bank on day of application. Needs to be shown coming from abroad. That application also requires a TM87. You then apply for 12 month extension with up to 30 days remaining on the 90 day stamp the Non O provides. As mentioned you cannot use income method for first extension. The money in bank method has financial requirements. Edit: just noticed your funds in bank since 2023?? Immigration should not require proof funds from abroad

Looking for legal way to stay in Thailand after volunteer visa
You have not outlined any skill set or qualifications. Seems at 25 you plan to do "simple legal work" Not possible IMO.

Retirement visa
What does insurance have to do with things. You cannot use 65k monthly transfers for first extension. How are you entering Thailand. Visa exempt? The visa you could obtain from Thai immigration is a Non O retirement. That requires 800k in Thai bank account on day of application. That gives you a 90 day stamp. In the last 30 with the 800k having been in bank for 2 months you can apply for 12 month extension. You cannot use 65k transfers for first extension as you cannot show 12 months of transfers. What's with the trip to Vietnam. You mention birth of second child? Thai children? Are you married to Thai national?

90 day Non Imm application in the UK
Apart for the insurance for 2 years is an ok option. And the plan after two years. Continue with ongoing extensions requiring insurance every year?
