Medical certificate
So what's this thread about? If you're obtaining a Non O retirement in UK or in Thailand from visa exempt entry then why ask a Medical when it's not required.

unpaid mobile phone bill consequences
Aggressive OP with offensive posts. Thread closed

If I have no intention of renewing my visa extension this year, do I still need to do 90 day
Unless you can do it online, I would skip it. If you ever return it will be new visa or visa exempt either way O consequences

Planning on exiting Thailand and have no business with immigration? means you could (if you opt to) just leave

Medical certificate
Earlier the OP stated..., " I take that is wrong and I should be doing non imm O. The Non imm O how long does it take to do, I have flight booked July 9th." The OP is applying for a Non O. No insurance required hence no medical needed.

Medical certificate
This was all explained in detail in your previous thread. You either 1. Apply for Non O-A in UK or 2. Apply for Non O in UK or 3. Enter Thailand visa exempt and apply for Non O at local immigration office in Thailand. Only # 1 requires health insurance. Only # 1 requires medical certificate. Plenty of links and advice provided. None of which seems to register..

Medical certificate
Read link I posted above from OP re previous thread on this matter. Nonsense is apt word.

Tm30-new passport
Not uncommon. https://www.thethailandlife.com/residence-certificate-thailand My most recent COR at CW I provided TM47. Actually done at same desk. The io processed my TM47 made photocopy and included that with my COR application. Another time I had my annual lease and the io accepted that. I'm sure an io would accept a TM30 as address record.

Medical certificate
Not sure about your post... From the link I provided to OP in previous thread he posted this..... "I will be arriving in Bangkok in july " Seems not in Thailand and posting very confusing questions.

Medical certificate
A medical certificate for what. Obtained where

Medical certificate
What do you mean "retirement visa" Where are you applying. Only Non O-A requires a medical certificate. Where are you currently located? Your previous thread was incoherent. What visa are you applying for https://aseannow.com/topic/1362499-retirement-visa/

800k or 65k regular income for O visa?
Address the OP. He has not transferred any funds at this point. Their option is to transfer 1.6 mil baht to enable extension from non O. That has significant opportunity cost. The OP even pointed out far more than option of agent extensions.

800k or 65k regular income for O visa?
Your post is so incorrect hard to start. The couple in question would be locking up 1.6mil at minimal interest. My Oz super fund/shares has yielded 8% including horror times such as global financial crisis etc. You mentioned 400k for your own situation so seems extensions based on marriage to Thai national. BTW the 400k tied up for very short period. What do you mean "bonus cash on hand" The financial requirements for retirement means you do not have access to funds. Break financial requirements then need start over.

800k or 65k regular income for O visa?
Should work anywhere. I was replying to guy who wants to change to income method doing 65k transfers. Combo method is an option however suggest that most people would require the 65k/month. Bonus is nothing ever tied up in Thai bank upon passing.

800k or 65k regular income for O visa?
First up yes you can change from using money in bank to income method. You generally need to run both methods at the same time. I'm doing that now. Maintaining money in bank requirements and doing monthly transfers. For my next extension I will show compliance with funds in bank and 12+ transfers to make the change. For folk where embassies stop the letters (eg Canada) it will depend on how much notice is gi en along with immigration flexibility.

Visa Extention Agent
Not the point really. eg others such as Key Visa and more. Point is the OP has several suggestions and threads providing contact details. Not difficult.

London Embassy - Non O retirement Visa
From the eVisa application... Financial evidence showing monthly income of no less than 65,000 THB or having the current balance of 800,000 THB (e.g., bank statements for the last three months, sponsor letter) To me that reads as equivalent to 800k current balance (not seasoned) Just obtain 3 month bank statement.

Non B to Elite Visa
You deal with PE direct. They do not like overstays. Have you looked at other options such as DTV, LTR... This attached thread bags PE option due to price point.. https://aseannow.com/topic/1338912-thai-privilege-elite-visa/

Visa Extention Agent
The OP is located in Pattaya Would hardy be using a Bangkok agent when there are heaps of good agents in Pattays.

800k or 65k regular income for O visa?
The OP and partner are not married. That rules out "piggyback" (dependant). They require separate non O retirement + extensions. Hence separate finances.

Visa Extention Agent
Think this is lost in translation with immigration. You are staying at wife's house. In this attached thread in my post I quoted @richard_smith237 details of what to provide. Attention points 9+10 https://aseannow.com/topic/1348988-non-o-stay-extension-in-the-case-of-no-rental/

800k or 65k regular income for O visa?
Don't think that's the OP issue. Fact is he is asking about bank method for himself and also partner. That's locking up 1.6mil at minimal interest rates. The opportunity cost on that would be possibly 100k baht. For second extension for both to move to income method would mean transferring 130k + per month. Most likely much more that they require That's the dilemma.

Extension Based on Marriage
The 12 month bank statement can be obtained on the spot however does take time for bank staff to prepare. The bank letter no problem. With CW being busy esp in peak season the banks can be busy. Best to obtain those items in days leading up to extension. The tellers, that deal with deposit/withdrawal often zero queue. Make a deposit of say 100b this updates bank book and shows activity. Don't be concerned that balance on letter differs from bank book. Ask teller to photocopy this last page of bb to add to your paperwork

non o retirement visa
Why would you even be bothering obtaining a Non O in UK or Thailand as you state.... " I may only be in Thailand for a month" You go the Non O + 12 month extension route when you have time to spent in Thailand.
