  1. Don't take this to the bank however the insurance requirement for a non O (3 months) was a requirement during covid times. That may still be listed on website but thinking no longer required. Have you considered just returning to Thailand visa exempt and use TM87 to apply for non O in Thailand. Since you have Thai bank account in place this would be an easy option
  2. Why bother obtaining non O retirement in London given the fact you plan to exit Thailand during the 90 day stamp. Yes a reentry permit would enable you to do that. Do you have a Thai bank account? You can obtain a Non O retirement in Thailand from visa exempt or tourist visa entry..
  3. Your posts have been strange. Just state clearly what is the plan. You need enter Thailand and exit after 10 days? How long will you be out of Thailand after a 10 day stay.. Hells Bells.
  4. OP, are you using this link https://bangkok.immigration.go.th/en/onlineservice-and-publicguide/ I just tried to use it and it's rejecting my info (email, password) Most likely I have to re register. So over this rubbish.
  5. Have you met the financial requirements for your current extension. If the agent "covered" those requirements then you will not be able to do your next extension without using an agent OR exit Thailand and start over
  6. No problem. Just exit Thailand prior to your current stamp expiry
  7. You are on extension based on marriage. What is the plan after Extension expires?
  8. You cannot "pause" your permission of stay stamp. Given that you state you mention FEW MONTHS in Europe you will need to start over. If your country provides eVisa for Thailand you could obtain a non O retirement while in Europe or return to Thailand visa exempt and apply for new Non O based on retirement using TM87 form. You must have a bank account in place with funds in that account so simple process to start over..
  9. Not being pedantic...but think you mean that your 12 month extension stamp was issued in Trang then you at minimum would need to do a TM30. Have you spoken to your agent. Where is he located.
  10. The requirements for your next extension will be the same each. Year. Just to be clear ...you do not have a marriage visa or a retirement visa. You have a temporary permission of stay that can be extended by 12 months each year. The extension can be based on marriage or retirement. Retirement has more difficult financial requirements whereas the extension based on marriage has many document requirements
  11. OP, you may wish to read this thread as it discusses returning to Thailand having previously had a "volunteering visa" (bent one). https://aseannow.com/topic/1243227-has-anyone-re-entered-thailand-after-expiration-of-a-dodgy-volunteer-visa/
  12. Scrutinized yes....denied entry very unlikely. Friend of mine obtained one of the rubbish "Volunteer visas" back when it was thought by many that the 45 day extensions would end. After his volunteer visa he returned to Oz and year later he returned to Thailand and was questioned by io at BKK.
  13. 2 years out of Thailand, no issue at all to return . Visa exempt if you wish or tourist visa for you. Seems she can be given 90 stamp no visa..
  14. You do not need to "let them know". You are referring to TM30. Not required. Also not required for international travel returning with Re-entry permit.. However some rogue office are requesting folk to do TM30 what you outline. CM being one.
  15. OP, You have a permission of stay. Exit Thailand without a reentry permit and you can return to Thailand with tourist visa , Visa exempt etc. One option is to enter visa exempt with option of 30 day extension or 60 day "extension to visit wife"
  16. I'm not so sure. If the OP obtained his non O at certain office then my understanding is that for his first extension it would need to be done at that office (Trang) A TM30 (change of office) won't cut it Of course after initial extension he can move to another province and do TM30 and do subsequent extensions.
  17. CW requires mail reporting 15 days prior to due date. The issue with CW is currently you are waiting multiple days (up to 15) days pending. At that point too late for mail option
  18. It can happen however can't recall an report of issue.. At worst it would be 2k baht fine and trip to Hua Hin or CW not worth it. Bit late but OP could have done report via mail. Understandable having lot on his plate.
  19. Well perhaps rogue Jomitien office has been "advised" to fall in line. TM47 reports have clear requirements at most offices. The list you posted is hardly a ... "big inconvenience"
  20. Every immigration has their own take on requirements. I needed to do my last 2 reports in person at CW. Online stopped working for me at CW. I certainly did not just "hand over my pp" and that's all. On your list the TM30 , that was not required.
  21. Reentry permit office is after security and before immigration control. Zone 2
