  1. Good luck with that. Some immigration offices may foolishly accept. They should not. You obtain 12 month bank statement from your bank
  2. Yes just getting that. Agent can change to "based on retirement". DIY would require wife to attend. Best OP contact agent directly for advice.
  3. @Magictoad if you post agent suggestion avoid email. There are many agents in Pattaya for OP to contact.
  4. If someone has a Non O visa based on marriage or retirement then the first extension needs to be based on that. Ongoing the extension can be changed. Example from marriage to retirement. OP, why not obtain new Non O retirement for next visit. Regards agents... Most likely an agent can obtain extension based on retirement from an entry with a Non O marriage.
  5. On the spot. However takes time. Perhaps 30-60mins. As a result I obtain it day prior to application for extension.. 200b My bank is also Kasikorn
  6. You have correct answer above. Just to add to your thread... For others.. You can always opt to enter via land border. Of course that's depends on location.
  7. As the OP you can request this. Thread closed. OP you can request to reopen
  8. Some trolling and bickering posts removed along with replies.
  9. You can take a guess its pretty simple. For what reason I fail to see the point.
  10. Agent will access your situation and you won't have a problem. Chat directly with agent. Here is one : https://www.facebook.com/share/1V4UMpb27x/ You state flew to Thailand from Vietnam. Saigon? What happened when you flew back to Vietnam? Are you visa exempt for Vietnam? What was the procedure? Where are you now?
  11. That has no bank stamp or signature for verification. Not worth paper it's written on. For that reason we have daily posts of folk obtaining 12 month bank statement from their bank (not email) 200b. All good unless you have BBL a/c. Then it take 3-5 days.
  12. Fact is it's not satisfactory now. IMO what you mention as TDL, utility bill etc for proof as address is not sufficient. Don't know how you obtained extensions. Also banking codes need to show international transfer. Nothing new there. Since you live in Pattaya where there is plethora of good agents perhaps use you to bring you up to speed.
  13. PE do not like overstay. How long was it. Normally i wouldn't ask however for PE visa its relevant. First overstay ever?
  14. Your plan B could always be enter with the SETV and you have option of extensions + mini van agent border runs. Esp while visa exempt is 60 days
  15. OK, all interesting. I've always been spouting that the METV must be applied for in home country or permanent resident status. Please update when you receive your visa. Hope they don't give you a SETV as that's equiv to visa exempt entry days wise.
  16. Out of interest. Previously the METV could only be obtained in your passport country or country where you have permanent resident status. Is that your situation? A report of what you needed to apply for the e-Visa would be hellful
  17. Some discussion and advice in this thread re accommodation. https://aseannow.com/topic/1311147-proof-of-accommodation-for-multi-entry-tourist-e-visa/
  18. That's true however always best to have a valid permission of stay. If not can make school enrollment etc problematic.
  19. TDL is not sufficient. Which immigration office? You need to have a TM30. Stop saying "your condo". It's in wife's name. She can provide Thai ID and copy of blue book. Needs to do a TM30. That can be OK, however sometimes the coding on the transactions is not shown as international transfers but rather bank to bank. You need to provide "credit advice" from bank. Discuss with bank. Which bank BTW. You are doing extensions retirement and the deposits need to be shown as coming from abroad. You have satisfied the financial requirements so no need for an agent however they can do a hand holding service to assist. Again which immigration office? BTW nothing immigration has asked you for is unreasonable.
  20. Perhaps outline what you provided. TM47 form TM30? Any photocopies of pp pages. Which immigration office
  21. Some immigration offices do a 90 report at same visit for extension. Even if report window is not open. Meaning they do it early. If your report window is open you can do the TM47 report. You would do the extension first and then do the 90 report. Which immigration office?
