  1. OP, This question has been asked by myself and a other poster. You interested in your thread?
  2. Whatever. I'm dealing with CW . I did not provide TM30 when I had stamps and visa info transfered. Along with all the other things I mentioned in earlier post. COR, TDL, annual EXTENSIONS etc
  3. Been in Thailand 10 years on non O extensions retirement. I have never done a TM30 for any extension, certificate of residence, TDL, New passport etc
  4. If you Google "METV Thailand " And search limited to "videos" It's spits out many results. I didn't select this one in link because it's good. It's just one example and the blogger's name came up earlier
  5. One of the common ones is "onwardticket.com" approx 12usd.
  6. The manager would have told her that she needs a letter from embassy OR certificate of residence from immigration office.
  7. Forget Penang. Why not do a border bounce and reenter visa exempt. Attend immigration and obtain non O based on marriage. That requires 400b in Thai bank account on day of application. That gives a 90 day stamp. In the last 30 days apply for extension. When you state.... "I have a Non O multi entry visa which will expire on the 19th of August" I assume you mean that your current permission of stay expires. The ME non O expired when
  8. Alternative to letter from embassy a better option is a certificate of residence from immigration office in your province. BTW: USA do not provide that "letter" anymore..
  9. Think is referring to certificate of residence obtained from immigration and used (in part) for things such as open bank account and Thai drivers license etc. Has various cost and time to process. For example at CW it's 200baht and takes up to 2 weeks
  10. You don't need to fly out. Many would travel to friendship bridge and minivan to UT city or to airport if flying onward. Train is cheapest option. Popular with folk with little funds.
  11. CW process mail reports after due date. Your due date July 25 you would expect return approx Aug 10+. Why did you mention Laksi
  12. Interesting that an OP with zero posts starts a thread over 24 hours ago and that's same period has not visited AseanNow. Looks like ... Smells like...
  13. That was not the reason in my case. Certainly consolidated transactions can be an issue. I use dedicated bank account for immigration purposes. The immigration officer did not like the fact there were months with NO activity. Rubbish really as that has never previously been an issue for many years. Was posting for others that clearly with many recent (not just CW) that "Bank Statements" are the latest fashion statement with immigration. Kankers.
  14. Here is thread re extension retirement at Nonthaburi. Smooth process. Several others the same. https://aseannow.com/topic/1295019-nonthaburi-immigration-retirement-extension/
  15. CW is the outliner. Not aware of one other immigration office that has the TM47 report requirement to obtain certificate of residence.
  16. You can certainly obtain one in Pattaya. Check with Maneerat. Also previously I have asked "Tic Tok" visa services. From memory approx 4-4.5k. Not ideal very messy but all I can suggest.
  17. Even if you had a TM30 for place with Bangkok address that would still not be enough. CW also require you to have made a 90 day report (TM47) for the Bangkok address. You could ask an agent such as Thai Visa Center..
  18. Doesn't make any sense. If you are using money in bank method for retirement extensions then the io will want to see the previous 12 months. Some offices will accept copy of bank book pages. Some will require 12 months of bank statements.
  19. Issued on the spot. As mentioned available at airport. Simple process at airport. In list below disregard TM6 (unless you have one. At BKK they do they do the form etc 200b Passport and one copy of first page, visa page, lastest entry visa, and T.M.6. Application form T.M. 8. 1 photo (4x6 cm) Re-entry permit fee (1,000 THB for single entry/ 3,800 THB for multiple entries)
  20. OP is asking about 12 month extensions retirement. As for obtain a non O (retirement) Visa?... yes that is possible you can do a "conversion" from tourist visa or visa exempt using TM86 and TM87 respectively. You would require 15+ days remaining on your current permission of stay. Longer at some offices.. Current thread running on that process if required
