  1. Correct....however some immigration offices don't follow rules. Which immigration office?
  2. The immigration officer was talking nonsense
  3. Adding 89 days to Wednesday June 25, 2024 Monday September 22, 2024 That's your next report date. As already pointed out ....make sure you obtain your next extension. Your extension is not tied to 90 day reporting.
  4. OP, seems to have issue with that innocent piece of information. Question not asked by myself alone. Several times
  5. Off topic trolling post removed
  6. AGE....it has been asked few times already. If 50+ you could obtain a non O-A that would actually provide almost 2 years. However requires health insurance. Another option is to obtain a non O retirement and subsequent annual 12 month extensions. If ever marry to a Thai you can change to extensions based on marriage. Just a friendly tip....cut back on chit chat regards marriage. Sounds very needy in my book. Some good advice already posted above by @timendres
  7. Age? Also wanting to live in Thailand ongoing or just a year. More details required
  8. Visas are not transfered. Information pertaining to them is noted in your pp #2. So when transferring info from #2 to your current (new pp) immigration will note that into in pp #3.. Note: realize you are using CM just note for others..CW are requiring photocopies of bank book back to last extension to check compliance for those using money in bank method. A new trick.
  9. Couple of posts removed. Should be several more.
  10. Deal with that when/if it happens. Provided your work does not involve goods and services in Thailand then work under the radar would be my plan..
  11. Off topic tax related post removed
  12. If you have not used the 60 days to visit wife previously then yes. And yes you can apply for the 12 month extension prior to expiry of the 60 day permit.
  13. If immigration will not accept your financials then you have 2 options. Use both accounts assuming they are Thai and in your name only Or obtain a 60 day extension to visit wife
  14. OP, some immigration offices are red hot on it. So you mention 400k assume you are obtaining extension based on marriage?
  15. Whatever. The OP referenced LTR by way of error. Clearly was confused and corrected by Tod Daniels.
  16. OP did not even mention LTR. There is dedicated thread regards that. Your post is off topic.
  17. Hardly requires asap. He is best advised to obtain new pp prior to 6/25. My recent pp renewal process (AU) took 20 days using mail option in Thailand.
  18. That's correct and the last time an extension will trigger a 90 day report. There are few offices that sync ongoing extensions with a 90 report. Not common
  19. Agree. It's all about visa/reentry permit. Immigration are not interested in dress code despite ongoing misleading posts. The issue is always regarding ongoing stay in Thailand without a visa
  20. OP question answered. Thread closed
  21. Use Mr Google...I just checked. The results very clear.
  22. Not required. Here is thread with some related information. https://aseannow.com/topic/1325310-applying-in-uk-for-non-o/
  23. He needs to obtain an non O based on retirement. He can do that obtaining an eVisa non O in UK or here in Thailand with a visa exempt or tourist visa entry. He will require a Thai bank account in his name only. That's not a straight forward process and assuming he does not have one then obtaining the non O in UK a good option. He cannot use income method initially as immigration require 12 months of transfers. Thread for visa exempt to non O and subsequent extension https://aseannow.com/topic/1311886-visa-exempt-to-retirement-extension-process-and-cost/
  24. Passport country? Which Immigration office?
