  1. OP, you have good advice above and the OP in that link provides very detailed report. You will required money in bank account 400k and an appointment and no will not be done in a day. https://aseannow.com/topic/1321369-1-year-multiple-entry-based-on-marriage-savannakhet-feb-28th-2024-report/
  2. This topic is completely off the rails. A simple thread to inform visa exempt entries are currently 30 days. In other threads of current border bounce that land borders also remain at 30 days. Thread temporarily locked
  3. Thinking now 2 months for multi. OP in this next thread suggests 400b for 2 months https://aseannow.com/topic/1319238-1-year-multi-non-o-based-on-marriage-savannakhet-jan-2024-report/ Here is thread with very detailed OP. https://aseannow.com/topic/1321369-1-year-multiple-entry-based-on-marriage-savannakhet-feb-28th-2024-report/
  4. https://aseannow.com/topic/1313692-question-about-60-day-extension-of-stay-based-on-marriage/ https://aseannow.com/topic/1130123-re-60-day-extension-to-visit-your-wife/ https://aseannow.com/topic/1328568-multi-non-o-to-60-day-extension-refresh/
  5. Some off topic posts removed. It has been established that currently visa exempt entry provides 30 day stamp. Nothing to see here.
  6. The OP gave no indication of why the change. Also did not mention divorce in the picture. Granted some married guys over 50 opt for extensions based on retirement, however I certainly would not refer to it as a no brainer. Retirement requires 800k 2 months prior and 3 month post application. Not below 400k other months. The lost opportunity cost is not insignificant. BTW, OP....if seasoning of funds is an issue obtain 60 day extension to visit wife if you have not already used that.
  7. Funds must be in bank for 2 months prior to application. The 30 days you refer to is under consideration period for extension based on marriage.
  8. The 800k needs to be in bank for two months prior to day of application. Why change from based on marriage?
  9. Has been covered in thread. Thread closed
  10. Thinking that form is CW specific. Not sure form wise what Jomitien use. BTW: Thinking one COR and a photocopy should cover your needs. Immigration will tell you that you need 2.
  11. Agree. 3 pages of pass the parcel. Thinking chill pill in order. Personally if I had up coming entry via air or border bounce for visa exempt entry then just assume the stamp will provide 30 day permission of stay.
  12. Few years old however thinking still covers what you require. https://aseannow.com/topic/1204090-apply-for-certificate-of-residence-at-jomtien/
  13. Outlined in thread I posted earlier. That was a pick up vip 3,700b Can obtain cheaper
  14. https://aseannow.com/topic/1312731-border-run-pattaya-to-cambodia/ OP, in above thread gave positive review
  15. Sorry missed that. Hopefully some folk can assist. Most likely need farang donors
  16. I'm about to give up with suggesting what immigration require for anything. Just now I replied to post in current thread re certificate of residence at CW. They required a TM30 and made the poster jump through hoops. I've previously obtained COR at CW. Couple recently. Never required a TM30. Immigration offices law unto themselves
  17. That's the problem we all hate with immigration..... Inconsistency I have obtained 3 certificate of residence. 2 from CW (different dates) and one from MTT. Never required a TM30. Then they hit you up for one.
  18. Do not need another tax thread. Continue discussion in thread posted above.
  19. If this goes into gazette there is no reason to suggest land border visa exempt entries will not be 60 days
  20. OP, has clearly stated currently in Thailand and does not want to return to UK. Has organized a agent for bank account tomorrow. Going to Vietnam and when returns visa exempt will have plenty of time to obtain non O retirement at local immigration office..
  21. Another more recent. https://aseannow.com/topic/1313692-question-about-60-day-extension-of-stay-based-on-marriage/
  22. Old thread however current and many posts from ubonjoe. https://aseannow.com/topic/1130123-re-60-day-extension-to-visit-your-wife/
