  1. Ha. That would account for the fact of MANY reports of confirmation of that from immigration offices. Of course there is always few rogue offices.
  2. Google the date you entered and add 89 days. Your new report date will show. eg if entered today google... "May 25 plus 89 days"
  3. No special requirements at Phuket. Re days in advance ...it depends on office. Some (eg Jomitien) can say come back later. Couple of weeks is common. You can use agent if timing important eg want to travel after obtaining the extension
  4. This thread has advice and scroll down to post from ubonjoe. He posted link to form CW used https://aseannow.com/topic/1204288-application-for-substitute-of-certificate-of-residence-in-cw-immigration/ The form (link posted earlier) has tick box for TDL . Just tick driving license
  5. CW use their own form. I will post link. The basic copies of passport pages required https://aseannow.com/applications/core/interface/file/attachment.php?id=439173
  6. https://aseannow.com/topic/1286381-certificate-of-residence-at-cw/ As mentioned in thread above. You apply for COR at CW. It cost 200b and is posted out. Usually takes ~5 days. The most important thing is to have a TM47 receipt. Tip: There is no appointment for COR. If your 90 day report window is open you can make an appointment for that and then the io will photocopy the 90 receipt and process your COR
  7. https://aseannow.com/topic/1315828-visa-exempt-to-90-day-non-o-spouse-visa-conversion-in-thailand/ You do not need to obtain the non O based on marriage in Singapore. The above thread explains the process and my post has links to other threads for more information. Which immigration office? Do you have a Thai bank account in your name only?
  8. This is boring. Which agent are you using. If stamps issued in Jomitien that is surprising. The agent is not doing 90 day extensions he is doing 90 day reports.. That may or may not be to Jomitien Seriously seems you have never been to Thailand previously
  9. Look at tax law and law enforcement in your own country. Unless Thailand connects tax to annual extensions I see it as impractical. In any event this is off topic. Current threads running with 200+ pages.
  10. I even googled keesters. Still no idea of your point.
  11. Agree. Constantly surprised that folk accept this as a given. Then scurry to thinking about another country for 190 days. Comical
  12. You are so wrong it's embarrassing. It's is all to do with ongoing permission of stay. Use me as an example... Non O 12 years ago. Extensions renewed Nov 8. Continuous permission of stay from 12 years ago. Never changed address. Suggest you read more threads to be informed. So in my situation there is zero need to file new TM30 for travel to another province or international travel returning with reentry permit that protects my permission of stay.
  13. Stop. That is not a Thai immigration website. Does contain some basic useful information however in the main your posts in this thread are incorrect
  14. I still cannot follow your posts. I doubt your non O and extension stamp will be issued at Jomitien So you have agent arranged visa and imply that in 12 months you will have the 800k. You will not be able to obtain 12 month extension without agent. You would need to exit Thailand and start over. BTW: TM28 is history. For change of address you use TM30.
  15. You are not clear..... So if you come to Thailand soonish and use agent then the agent will provide (cover) the 800k requirement? If yes then perhaps will not be issued Jomitien but rather up country.. If using an agent they will advise on 90 reports etc
  16. Does this mean you will not be providing the financial requirements? Do you have a Thai bank account in your name only.
  17. Exactly ...just be aware that snapping someone "Wrong" just because Jomitien requires TM30 depending on direction of wind is poor.
  18. Jomitien is a rogue office. Using Jomitien as a example is useless.
  19. Please end the bickering. Further similar posts will be removed.
  20. It's not overlooked....it's misunderstood as you are not understanding the meaning in your post.
  21. When you apply and are given an under consideration period stamp. That has a date on it and you return for your final stamp on that date. You do not go onto overstay. Never heard of someone given under consideration and then rejection. Regarding your reentry permit. That's zone 2 left side of immigration ques. So after security check and prior to passport control BKK offers a 200b service to do the form (TM8) and photo. Optional. The reentry permit stamp you receive when exit is only valid to date of current extension expiry July 3. When you obtain your new extension you require a new reentry permit for future travels.
  22. Think you will be ok. The TM30 can be your change of address. If you have screenshot of the TM30 that would be useful and yes wife TB and ID card etc you mention in OP.. CW requires a TM47 to apply for a COR however they are only immigration office that has that requirement
  23. One report in this thread of 3 week turn around and in another thread recent turn around 20 days.
  24. Have wife do a TM30. Have you previously done a TM47 (90 day report) https://aseannow.com/topic/1283077-certificate-of-residence-jomtien-immigration/
  25. That information is in the main directed towards tourists. That enter Thailand on tourist visa or visa exempt etc entries. Also poorly written. You do not seem to understand the difference in TM30 requirements for those with ongoing extensions and reentry permits along with multi entry visas such as non O-A, ME non O etc. This thread is off track.
