  1. So incorrect on every level pointless to correct. The OP was asking about online work. Read the the OP
  2. Have another read of the OP between another Leo. You post zero addresses the OP question.
  3. OP, Just about all rubbish posts above. You have zero issues with your plan. Assuming that you will avoid public work spaces. ZERO issues. Bit off topic but some oil/gas workers work 30 on off off and use Extensions based on retirement with a multi reentry permit.
  4. Most ridiculous post I have read today. I stated ...."don't big noise it" The OP had clear specific question. Who will complain?? Nonsense
  5. Not that I'm aware of. Thailand is an outliner. Just one example Vietnam required 6 month validity Again ....the OP was foolish not to plan ahead.
  6. Many threads on this . Perhaps read 2nd reply from our esteemed ubonjoe. https://aseannow.com/topic/1255340-passport-validity-when-entering/ Having stated that bit silly op did not renew his passport.
  7. That will appear on most countries embassies websites. Fact is they are just using standard 4inch paint brush. Too much effort to be country specific.
  8. +1.....if it smells like #### then generally is
  9. My reading is that entering Thailand with + 6 months on pp. Then taking a side trip (eg Vietnam) and returning to Thailand with less than 6 months on pp. Then flight home. Thailand unlike many countries does not have the "6 months rule" The issue is that many airlines do
  10. Be specific rather than type mindless reply. I can help....." The stamps are genuine" Just one example ....how is that "rubbish" It's either correct or not.
  11. As I stated you are naive. "Up country" extensions based on retirement have been around since Adam was a boy. The stamps are from immigration offices. You imply by some rogue immigration officer. Seriously nonsense. Clearly agent extension is not for you. No problem. Just get off the soap box. BTW: I do my own extensions using 800k+ all hear round. Perhaps when mobility becomes an issue I will use an agent.
  12. No. Any visas or permission of stay stamps remain valid. The password is not valid.
  13. Good question. OP if your second entry to Thailand is a visa exempt with less than 6 months on your passport any issue will not be with Thai immigration on landing. The issue would/might be with airline at departure. A copy of onward flight out of Thailand thinking would satisfy airline.
  14. Your rants in many threads crying wolf regarding the use of agents is very boring in the extreme. Folk can make their own choices based on research without some posters boring rhetoric.
  15. Last time I checked the 800k is less that 1mill.
  16. No problem. Don't big noise it.
  17. Like your post. LTR perhaps suits some folk however similar to yourself I have just placed the 800k in Thai bank and leave it there. Don't give it a second thought. Annual extensions are simple and use appointment option. In future when mobility becomes an issue, I will switch to agent. Everyone has options that suit their situation. Credit to Thailand for providing those options. I'm sure some folk will continue to view PE visa as a good option especially for those some years under 50. Basically a flop out the cash ...deal done.
  18. They wouldn't need it. The passport would show entry date into Thailand using visa exempt. Also exit date from Thailand at land border. Then what...turn around (border bounce) and reenter with the eVisa. That printed eVisa would have an issue date. Personally think the eVisa has not be thought through.
  19. I'm not convinced that a border bounce (land) would work to reenter with the eVisa.
  20. No. You need to be 50+. The rest of your post is correct. Many folk with non O retirement extensions have income from abroad. Or are digital nomads etc
  21. OP, .... Name of agent and which province do you live? Do you have an existing Thai bank account in your name only
  22. He needs to exit and reenter Thailand to use his eVisa when he obtains it. OR he could obtain a non O marriage at his immigration office using TM87
  23. Exactly. So what happens when a farang couple have 3 kids non Thai. In my understanding it's one child per parent.
