Not sure what you mean about "financial requirements letter" The letter from the bank just confirms balance on that day and you as the owner of the account. That can be done on day of application. Some offices accept letter up to 7 days previous. Proof of meeting financials, meaning for example (for retirement) 800k having been in the bank for min 2 months on day of application for extension. That proof is not from a bank letter it's from bank book pages. For some offices bank statements are required

CM. As for extensions (30 day) in Bangkok.....if you have visa exempt entry you obtain extension at Laski. If you have a tourist visa you obtain extension at CW. Regards you not needing TM30 recently at Laksi for extension that means little. There are zillion posts of the opposite experience.
