The letter from the bank is standard and basically states that you are the owner of the account and balance on day of obtaining letter. Some offices also like to see "activity" in account on day of application and this can be satisfied with small deposit at same time as obtaining bank letter.

When you go for your next extension they examine your bank book carefully and check if rules have been adhered to.

OP, the 30 days (45 from Oct 1) visa exempt entry will give you enough time to obtain your Non O visa. That visa gives you a 90 day stamp and you can obtain your 12 month extension after money seasoned for 2 months. Be aware that to obtain the non O you require 15+ days remaining on your permission of stay so you need to apply asap after you Arive.

The TM7 requires a photo. Regards passport there are few basic copies that best to have. Photo ID Page. Most recent entry stamp Previous visa if any. At Laski IT Mall immigration there is a photocopy joint to left of office.. At CW there is photocopy stall lower level. They may ask you for TM30 If you are staying at hotel they can provide you of screenshot of filing TM30
