90-Day Blues
I have. (CW) Think you should be OK. When you receive back the approved tm47 (hopefully) there will be a notation to do it 15 days prior next time.

30-day Extension to Visa Exempt Entry❓
Have you read before this statement "up to the immigration office" No consistency in Thailand. I would suggest try couple of weeks prior to expiry. Which immigration office. How long does the guy wish to stay.
-
Quick question
CM have ignored the change of tm30 rules fron June 2020.

30-day Extension to Visa Exempt Entry❓
Yes. Enter visa exempt and obtain 30 day extension. He could also obtain 60 day extension to visit wife. Very simple process for 30 day extension. He would require a TM30 along with some basic photocopies of pp and TM7 application with photo and 1900b

Re-Entry Permit
I seem to recall post you mention. In any event some folk use fast track in another zone and are processed through passport control then walk back to place I posted above. Suggest you use Zone 2.

End of work permit options
OP, the process is mentioned by @Caldera earlier....the termination letter is dated in future. Also explained in this cut/paste from ubonjoe in older thread... "Immigration will post date the cancelation to the day on a termination letter from your employer to give you time to leave the country. If not you would be on a overstay when you leave the country."

Non O Retirement Visa
OP, you can transfer stamps/information any time you want. Yes can leave it till extension renewal. Best idea is to transfer prior to that. Currently I'm traveling with old and new passports as CW would not transfer reentry permit as it was issued DMK. Be aware to update your bank with new pp details. Note: for folk having their stamps transferred at CW they now requure proof of money in bank (if using that method) Caught me out recently and was made to go downstairs to update bankbook and photocopy the pages since last extension.
-
Quick question
The op is not after a certificate of residence. He wants to do 90 day report
-
Quick question
No, reasons are now given in the rejected email notification Not for my last 3 rejections online application However thanks for update which helps me not. " Your application for "STAYING LONGER THAN 90 DAYS" has been rejected. Please contact the nearest Immigration Office in person immediately.
-
Quick question
Very rarely given. The standard statement is " report to your immigration office"
-
Quick question
Yes rejected online . That is not uncommon. Suggest attend jomtiem immigration with copy most recent TM47 and should be sufficient.

is any bank account good for proof of funds?
No issue. Thinking you save about $275usd per year in opportunity cost. So better than nothing. Make sure your wife can have quick access to the dosh. OP, has his answer. Thread closed.

is any bank account good for proof of funds?
800000× 0.016= 12800 minus tax. If your happy that's good. Unless OP wants to continue thread perhaps time to close.
-
Quick question
OP, do you have a previous TM47 receipt. Not sure about Jomtien but a TM30 should not be required. https://aseannow.com/topic/1319015-jomtien-90-day/

is any bank account good for proof of funds?
Married without a Will "very simple process" Beg to differ. BTW married guys you can have your wife as a signatory in your bank book and account is still in your name only. Re folk not married...(me). I'm in the process of switching to income method. In fact may opt for agent. The monthly income transfer lands in my account and goes straight into hers. The balance in my account minimal..

is any bank account good for proof of funds?
There is a lot involved in that topic. My suggestion to anyone with Thai wife or (in my case) long term partner is to have thorough look into that issue. Make informed plans

End of work permit options
OP, as pointed out by @Upnotover not sure if I see a better option than obtaining single entry non O marriage and subsequent annual extensions. You can still have your trips out of Thailand by obtaining a multi reentry permit 3800b Here is thread with links that outlines process from visa exempt entry to non O marriage and subsequent 12 month extensions https://aseannow.com/topic/1315828-visa-exempt-to-90-day-non-o-spouse-visa-conversion-in-thailand/
-
End of work permit options
What you are referring to is a multi entry non O based on marriage. That visa is valid for 12 months and allows for stay of 3 months per entry. That stay can be extended by 60 days to visit wife. Many folk obtain that visa in Savannahket. Recently the financial requirements have changed.

Visit Thailand again with my last marriage visa (re-entry permit) unused
Correct answer above. How long do you plan to stay in Thailand BTW: entering visa exempt your airline may require an return/onward flight for check in..

Retirement 800k rules
First part of your post is correct. You are in under consideration period. Do not allow funds to fall below 800k. When you return you will be given a stamp and when the funds have been in bank for 2 months you can apply for 12 month extension. After extension approved you must not drop below 800k for next 3 months. After that 3 months not below 400k. Then back up to 800k for 2 months prior to next application. Wash and repeat. Note: some folk opt to have a dedicated bank account for extension purposes and another account for day to day banking

is any bank account good for proof of funds?
So now on extensions based on marriage. What method are you using for extensions. Money in bank or income method. Can't understand why you are even asking about putting funds in a Thai bank. If I had a lazy 800k baht sitting around I would stick into super fund/shares. Thinking better advice for you in banking finance forum
-
is any bank account good for proof of funds?
OP, why are you mentioning 800k. This is for extensions based on retirement. If you are changing to based on marriage then make that clear. For extensions based on marriage you only need to tie up money for 2 months prior to extension + under consideration period. Alternatively transfer 40k every month. Don't understand the value of chasing bit of extra money with an FD account.

400k for non-O multiple entry
Things can change. Many years ago the extensions based on retirement Financials changed Adapt to the change. If cannot then go home. The point is that in case of OP he mentioned EU. Would help a lot if @Nayet clarified. Reasonable to guess he is not UK,USA,AU. Perhaps he can obtain an "income letter" from embassy. Perhaps his immigration office only requires the letter and not proof of pensions as pointed out in post above by @sandyf The income requirements for monthly transfers has very low requirement. 40k

400k for non-O multiple entry
Absolutely no idea why you replied to my questions that were directed to @Nayet It's his thread and asking about how to live ongoing in Thailand. Not even sure what passport he has. Assuming one with embassy that provides income letter. Why detail what you lose in opportunity cost by having 400k in a bank for couple of months per year. Far less than retirement extensions 800k-400k all year. Anyway all off topic. Every country has their own rules.

60 day application
With a visa check in with airline should not be an issue. Flying visa exempt can gain their attention
