  1. Don't think you have followed. I will repeat what I typed earlier. You can exit anytime. Reenter up till March 31 to obtain 45 day stamp. On reentry you will be given a 45 day stamp. You then apply for non O marriage. That will give you a 90 day stamp. In the last 30 days of that permit with the 400k having been in Thai Bank for 2 months you apply for 12 month extension.
  2. 100% correct in having it fixed while there. Smart that you checked and picked up io error. Folk always need to check their stamp when entering Thailand. Human errors happen. So now next step is to obtain your 12 month extension.
  3. The visa "sticker" lower part of your picture is a non O single entry. You do not have any concerns and your permission of stay date changed according.
  4. What country are you from? Reason I ask is to ensure that you can obtain visa exempt entry. Currently 45 day stamp till March 31. Note: Never confuse living in Thailand ongoing with being a "Permanent Resident" . Very different.
  5. By that do you mean that you have Permanent Resident status. That's confusing. Why would you require extensions. Permanent Resident is different species. Here is extremely extensive thread regarding that.
  6. The covid extensions do not count
  7. You would exit and reenter visa exempt. You can obtain a new non O. No problem. No need to obtain tourist visa. Visa exempt entry fine. I outlined that earlier in thread
  8. You can obtain one 60 day extension for each entry into Thailand
  9. OP, you could exit Thailand and reenter visa exempt (border bounce). Obtain a non O marriage. All you need is funds in bank on day of application. With that 90 day stamp allow the 400k to season for 2 months and obtain 12 month extension. In other words start over. Not best option but nonetheless is an option.
  10. TM6 still issued at land borders. Suspended at airports. Either way not required for online 90 day reports.
  11. Should be about April 02, 2023. Should be able to do it online. Remember to change your last entry date. TM6 not required online form.
  12. Perhaps yourself or OP can read one of the many links from net. Despite suggesting to OP info regarding piggyback option he provides zero info. How long does the visit entail etc etc One example here. http://uganda.siam-legal.com/ https://visalist.io/thailand/visa-requirements/uganda
  13. Perhaps down to your address. I have never had mail issues especially EMS which is what is used when mailing 90 day report. Possibly helps that my address on well know road and condo building.
  14. TM30 does not change 90 day report due date. You state that you left Thailand and reentered December. Your report date is reset and due date is 90 days from reentry date. You stated..... ".....but I changed condos and filed the TM30 weeks ago." Did you file the TM30 with immigration in person or....?
  15. As per usual ....it depends on immigration office. The thing with CW (one example) is that they process them after your due date even though you post it to them 2 weeks prior to due date. As a result can be 4 weeks + . On the positive side it's bullet proof and (at CW) they post all your pp photocopies back along with new blank TM47 form.
  16. Are you reading same OP. He is typing about being divorced.
  17. My understanding is a second one not possible unless studies at a university. That may be rubbish just a vague recollection of that being the case
  18. Because on this articular question I found very little by way of past threads and in contrast found a lot of info with Google search. Thought of posting some links however it's easier for someone to go directly. What advice have you provided? Nothing. I also pointed out that if indeed he marries then there is option to piggyback on his non O if he is eligible for one. Very few details provided so hard to advise.
  19. You are not alone. It's very confusing and even more so now with TM30 being introduced for "change of address" and also it's original intent.
  20. First up you are not bringing someone to thailand. Girlfriend or otherwise. He/She will need to satisfy Thai immigration requirements for particular nationality. Out of interest I Googled that and there is lot of information available. Suggest that you check it out. Added note: You state where you reside has nothing to do with it..... If someone lives in Thailand for example on retirement with annual extensions and has a non Thai wife there is an option for that wife to live in Thailand as dependent. Check your facts.
  21. You changed your address. Indeed you are required to file a TM30. Seems that you are sorted now.
  22. Don't understand much of that. When you changed address (moved house) was that still same province meaning same immigration office? Then you state the following... "but then someone Said I need the tm30 in passport with new address..so I went to immigration and got one". No idea what you are referring to You live in Thailand on annual extensions? Why do you need a TM30 in your passport. Which immigration office do you deal with?
  23. Poor option. The OP is in Pattaya as a visit all be it could be not short. A 90 day report at Pattaya would require a change of address. After return to Buriram another TM30 to change address again. You stated ... "And thus you have nothing to lose and everything to gain by mailing your 90 day report to Buriram Imm." Did you miss post from OP not obtaining clear answer from immigration when there in person. Also not one post from anyone that deals with that office stating that mail in reports successful.
  24. No. The OP is asking about a change of address. Not some random trip to somewhere for a break. He needs to make a new TM30 at immigration to ensure that his change of address is on file. Again depends on other things as to it's importance.
  25. Very poor advice. It depends on many things if it's important or not. The main one being the status of OP in Thailand as I asked earlier. If living in Thailand on example annual extensions he very much will require to make 90 day reports. Clearly you have little knowledge of immigration office requirements.
