The city of Loei is under Water

Loei City centre starting to flood this morning

Still not died, continues to rain all day, all night in Loei province

I do not live in Bangkok but I would have thought anywhere off the beaten track and that goes for anywhere in Thailand

For me I would stick to beach/swimming pool, Thai people do frown on it, it shows disrespect. I was in a restaurant in Pattaya recently, four guys were refused entry until they put there shirts on

I gave up trying to work it out

This reminds me of the very first time I visited Thailand on the bus taking us from airport to the hotel, the tour leader said that if Thai people have a dream the night before indicating they are going to die the next day they believe this and will on that day drive without care.

He should also clamp down on black cabs masquerading as legitimate taxis

Chiang Khan is probably one of Thai peoples go to places in the whole of Issaan and the drive along the Mekong to Nong Kai is beautiful
