Electricity, Water and Poll Tax (Equivalent)

When I had a mobile business back in the UK I used my mobile telephone to order/pay for goods on my card. Exactly the same transaction on my card from the US which was not me, the bank told me never pay for goods by card on your mobile

I have always slept well but since a head injury some 3 years ago, I dream every night and sleep only 6 hours max

Must be somewhere near where I was born also

I live in one city (not 16k, but definitely far cheaper) I have about 8 holidays a year, best of both worlds. JMHO

If it is farm land, not close to a town, no electricity nearby or water then that would be ok in my honest opinion, maybe slightly cheap but not that much

Disagree with some of comments. Young thIs are actually quite tall. Some roads are large. Cows especially buffalo are big. Food you can ask for a big portion. Getting expensive in Thailand. Some houses very big

Times are changing in Thailand, even small places have BigC, Tesco, Home Pro. I live in Loei it has all the above and more. Airport is only 4/5 K from town, by bus you can get to anywhere in Thailand (maybe post pandemic not)????. Can be cold in winter

Does the length of time you have applied for the O-Visa also come into it, ie not leaving the country

Are you absolutely sure that fuel never went in? I only ask because one day I filled up my car and the gauge moved hardly at all (I knew fuel had gone in) I went to my Mazda dealer and they took the back seats out and checked, fuel was there, they said always turn off your engine before you fill the car up, by the way they did not charge me for this
