I support my GF, and I know some of that support goes to her immediate family. In return, she will take care of me until I die. I am also helping my GF's grand-daughter through university. Gold is the best defence against governments that debase their currency by printing money. I remember about 10 years ago buying Thai gold for 19,000 per baht. Now, it is about 45,000 per baht.
