  1. I don't think it's this group has anything to do with Thailand's dual pricing etc, more than likely they wouldn't even be aware.
  2. Of course you do know that this is an AN forum, where off topic comments are the most popular and members tend to hypothesis, envisage, foretell and make irrelevant comments.
  3. OMG ???? This would be an ugly sight hanging off the old fella.
  4. Amazing. Should come with a BOLD warning. Make sure you are not eating a meal while watching, you'll be doing the same as the snake. ????
  5. Thailand is quite civilized regarding blowing horns, apart from the annoying foreigner in his car or motorbike at the soi Buakaow intersection blowing his horn aggressively it's quite calm. Go to Vietnam, omg, these people are obsessed with the horn blowing, they can't travel 20 meters without hitting the horn.
  6. Great news, good to hear. I love the '1 in a million' stories. Thanks
  7. OK, Noted. Pease be clear when replying. Over the years I've received abusive replies from the pro ladyboy people, these types can be aggressive and hostile. Reading your brief comment, I assumed it was to antagonize.
  8. LGBQTPKLTRBD43535+ Hater!!!! That's a strange, hostile reply. The reply I'd expect from a ladyboy. Most ladyboy's I've met are strange and hostile. What a coincidence. ???? I'm not a hater but I'm not a liker either.
  9. Empty boxes. They've taken the goodies out.
  10. OMG, that would have made a hell of a noise. All those hardworking, tired police at their desks, fast asleep, woken up.
  11. There are lots of good people in this world! Isn't that what I said? ????
  12. I don't doesn't matter what country you're living in, if you wear purple clothes, you will be alone.
  13. It's free entertainment. Listening to their rediculous theories.
  14. Stop being so miserable. It's amusing, try it, it might cheer you up.
  15. Great news ???? There are still good people in this world. ????
  16. Bring it down to Pattaya. Theprasit Rd, across from the PTT servo there's a market, Buffalo Market, selling similar second hand stuff. If it doesn't sell, donate to Hand to Hand foundation, Suksubai, around the corner from the Land office. Over the years I've been taking the kids clothes, books, toys etc, I'm sure they'll take your stuff.
  17. Don't need the Thai women to give input. I've got a fair idea of what foreigners here in Thailand believe in, just by reading the AN articles, threads, comments and replies, strange lot for sure.
  18. Yep. Not just the bathroom, your head/bedhead must be pointing in a certain direction, it's bad luck.......... apparently ???? Now I understand where all my bad luck has come from. Oh well, if it wasn't for Bad Luck, I'd have no luck at all ????
  19. Paracetamol can damage the liver. This is dangerous. We get a lot of rain here in Thailand.
  20. Alot of daft things are taught at school. Kids get taught not to go to sleep under trees because trees take oxygen in, at night time and you will suffocate. It's a shame that the education standards are so low, it can be a struggle at times trying to explain what's right and wrong, the nonsense and the facts.
  21. When I first started working out of Vung Tau, you could catch the Hydrafoil from Saigon to Vung Tau. What an amazing experience, 1 hour flight from BKK then a 1.5 hour boat ride down the river with beautiful views, bar on board for a few beers, then arriving in this trendy city. I've worked in dozens of countries but Vung Tau was my favorite location to work. Beautiful people and lots to see and do. What a life, every month fly in and out.
  22. You're a glass half empty guy, doom and gloomer, it's OK, have a coffee and chill dude. I'm sure similar building construction stories where you come from. Same happens in Australia, lots of Dodgy workmanship etc. Recently I read an apartment block in Sydney has been condemned shortly after completion, residents had to relocate. Uninhabitable
