To be fair that is an entirely different scenario. Suicide due to a job transfer is OTT and a permanent solution to a temporary issue (he could bounce back later, didn't lose salary, still a Police Capt etc.). I take three a day in the morning. I have an Omron and I am 126/88 to 130/90 for last 3 years. If I go to hospital I go to 140/100 but take no notice as it's stress related (obviously).
