  1. Quite sure the wiping after use will keep black a fitting clean but unfortunately that's not everyone routine especially in a shower cubicle. Its not difficult to find people who are finding the fashionable and delicate black coatings difficult to keep clean.
  2. I guess that's a valid argument as many manufacturer's of black faucets suggest not using any type of chemical cleaner. Bit of a joke when you consider the environment these cool black fashionable fittings have to endure. Quality stainless steel fittings is one sure way to avoid corrosion issues. There a VRH brand fittings in our place that are 15+ years old and look like new.

  4. AI says its Yaris Ativ rear trim moulding. Aftermarket 'go faster' carbon fibre version available. OEM part numbers if you would like one for the collection.
  5. If the number provided is correct, the faucet is a 1/2 inch cold feed only. Its possible the installer has used a mild steel washer below the faucet base. A washer is often added when fitting single 1/2 inch faucets into a hole big enough to fit a dual feed hot/cold faucet.
  6. Apparantly Mrs Prasong Vinitchai was asking the same question.
  7. Both TCL and Hisense brand portable AC's have external vents and provision for external condensate drain line. Hisense model AP-08CR TCL model CPA/SL2
  8. I was more interested in the constant current because the inrush current which might well reach 100 amps on some guns will only last for a few milliseconds.
  9. I am no airsoft expert but would make a guess that your 3 cell 18650 pack will be handling short pulses of approx. 10-15 amps. Inline 18650 pack cells are joined using short strips folded after welding. The highest resistance would be the nickel strip returning to the connector. Remember that strips can be doubled up to increase capacity so a high capacity welder is not always necessary. I have a Fnirsi SWM10 (.25) which has been a decent tool and used to build several power tool packs without any issues. They can be found on most platforms cheaper than at the Fnirsi website. Doubles as power bank when not welding. https://www.fnirsi.com/products/swm-10 Cells, I have use NCR18650B for most projects.
  10. This model pump (Hitachi WM-P150XX) has a combined flow/pressure switch device which attempts to deliver constant pressure and reduce cycling. If this device becomes defective or clogged pump operation can become erratic. Top of module can be removed to clean and inspect components inside. module can be removed to clean and inspect components inside.
  11. Yes it will from AC peak voltage and diode magic. I found a video from tinkerer Big Clive that kind of demonstrates the idea using both sides of the AC cycle.
  12. The current would be in the microamp range if a LED was used as a mains tester. Consider the following :- A much safer method for test screwdrivers is to drive a LED with a battery and detect mains voltage with a sensitive transistor circuit.
  13. The answer might be in the difference between vented and unvented tankless heaters explained by @Crossy in the thread below.
  14. The recent Wiki article has detail about Taleb al Abdulmohsen past in the suspect paragraphs. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2024_Magdeburg_car_attack
  15. Family in Chanthaburi use high pressure spray pumps which is where I picked up the info. The oil you show should be fine for your pump.
  16. The 4T oil is for the 4 stroke engine. If the automatic transmission fluid is for the pump then it is incorrect. Use SAE40 pump oil. The piston lubrication cups require grease.
  17. If you provide the pump with enough direct solar panel power the pump should run but its a terrible method. Solar well pumps operate best when there is a power point tracking controller in between pump and panels. The video below might explain why you are having problems with your pump directly connected to a solar panel.
  18. Thailand has many written standards that are rarely followed. Example TIS 11-2553
  19. On that note, its would be a good idea for the OP to check all existing surge devices have the essential solid ground connection.
  20. Here is link to Thai 3M Filtrete website showing split air products. https://filtrete.3m.co.th/3M/th_TH/filtrete-th/products/air-conditioner-cleaning-filter
  21. Not my pump, best to aim concerns about pump size at @djayz
  22. Below is detail for generic Chinese solar pump controllers with 1500W highlighted. I would go on the high side of recommended solar power of ≥ 1.3*Pump power
  23. Insisting they install a ground wire was a wise move but its likely the surge that wiped out your AC was too large for its protection to capture. As mentioned by @Crossy, surge protection at the CU adds another layer capable of handling larger surge currents. Local isolation at each AC is another method to reduce risk. This allows two pole disconnection from the power line when AC is not in use for long periods.
