That makes no sense to me, if your EXTENSION has been granted and stamped in your PP, then in theory you can go and do whatever you want until your first 90 day report.

All an agent can do for marriage extension is hold your hand, not sure if you don't have 400k. 400k only has to be in your bank for 3mths of the year max.

You can phone them to get a new card reader, or better if you have a friend in the UK to get one and send it EMS, as my bank don't send recorded or EMS, I never received 2 that I applied for. I got my daughter to send me one. As you say any UK bank's card reader will do. sorry I don't have a spare, but a friend of mine lent me one until mine arrived, maybe you can find a brit (Business/Bar) near you for a temporary loan.

"but you'll be closed'' the sorting office will still be open. Went back at 6pm was handed my parcel. This was not the first problem with them by far. I stopped having a box, mail went missing often. You can send an email to head office BKK as i did once and said that i'd give them 7 days to deliver my mail (none for 2yrs), or I would make a police report. They replied an internal investigation would happen. a few days later 6 months of mail turned up, but that was it. now I get mail about twice a year if I'm lucky.
