    For me Phitsanulok have accepted this method for 3 years. Bht 50k per month via WISE = Bht 600k, plus Bht 220k in the bank. You can spend the 50k per month. By far the bast way.

    Incorrect. The same Bht 400k can stay in the bank for as long as you want. BUT it cannot be spent. If you do the monthly foreign transfer of Bht 40k, you can spend every last satang of it, every month.

    Googled them and got to the USA site for these AC units. It said that they could keep a computer/data storage place down to -40 degrees. Would that be Celsius (Centigrade in old money )or Fahrenheit?

    In UK, most people have their heating on about 22-24 degrees and it feels warm. Here it is COLD when it gets down to that. 22 is a lovely Spring day in UK/USA. Here it's mid-winter.

    I knew a guy in Pattaya who had his aircon on 14 degrees but slept under a 13 TOG duvet. He said it made him feel at home (UK)

    Using two 18000 BTU ACs in a small room, you should be able to keep beer cold and make ice-cubes. What's your lekky bill for that room? 555 For me, 18 is too cool, I like 24-5.

    In Thailand? I have never seen one. And they would be quite expensive. Better buy an electric fan heater for the few days it drops below say 25 degrees.

    Did you compare HSBC with WISE? See exactly what arrives in your Thai bank for say, £1000. I'll bet WISE wins on amount and timing.
