  1. I have a small, 10 year old, Panasonic tankless water heater (DH-6GM3).  It has 3 settings High, Medium and Low.  If I set it to either high or Medium it will work for a few minutes but then there will only be cold water.  Setting at low seems to work for ever.  The heater takes care of the kitchen sink and the shower.  The low setting only gives me warm water with low pressure since I cannot set it to mix with the cold without overwhelming the warm,

The main circuit breaker does not trip.  However, inside there is a brass colored, soup can sized thing with what looks like high voltage wires going into it.  There are two 1 cm black things with white tips on top (maybe thermal sensors).  I have to carefully depress these to reset the condition.  I cannot seem to find a legitimate manual on the heater.

Any ideas on what can be causing this issue and how long do these heaters last?

  2. I feel sorry for you.  You got like 10% of the posts had anything to do with whether they mailed your tax refund or not.

If they did actually mail it, I would think it would take longer than normal to arrived but even then, what are you going to do with it unless your US bank allows online app photo deposits.

What level should the chlorine be?

Normally in the 3000 range.  Most generators have a readout will give you the current level and usually there is a chart on the generator control which tells you what it should be.  Unless the generator is broken, it is more important to use the level detected by the generator rather than what a water test gives you.

The term "salt water pool" is a misnomer.  It is a pool with salt added for use of the generator.  The water should not taste either salty or chlorinated.  However, metal objects which are not cleaned off after use will quickly corrode .

Only after they have gone to a website which will collect their information in regards to banking institution or confirming their mailing address.  I just received an e-mail from Turbo tax indicating i do not need to worry as my direct deposit information was in the system since I had filed my taxes this year already.

That is not accurate.  You only have to go to the website if you were eligible to NOT file a return AND do not get SS.  Confirming the address, maybe oddly, by a letter to your address AFTER the checks have been sent.

In my case I already filed 2018 and 2019 but in both cases I owed money so there is no direct deposit information.  Using the TurboTax stimulus filing did not work for me since my taxes with already filed.  I will start by waiting for the SS direct deposit and if I don't get it I will check the actual IRS direct information web site (not the one they currently direct you to which is actually TurboTax) when it becomes available later this month.
