Same rules condo and house. My Thai adult son and his Thai wife 100% serious about this rule. Also watch carefully whether the visitor/technician etc., is near the children. And same rule applied to one my D.I.L's brothers. Not allowed to be alone in condo/house and not allowed to cuddle/ hug the children.

For the banks yes. Why's that? Banks are now realizing (all countries) that they are supporting the purchase and maintenence and operating costs of 2 or more computer systems (which often don't work together very well). The respons is to consolidate all these activities onto one computer system, and as already mentioned apps are more secure. Plus all banking can be / soon will be possible on an app, no need for other systems. Most Australian banks are doing the same thing.

Of course shuld be. How many condo offices regularly chck they have working key for every unit? How many owners/occupiers/owners who are non resident ever check if the office has a current key for their unit? I'll leave the answers to you...

OK, but suely they do have a responsibility to contact the owner and ask for a key or ask the owner to come to the condo and let the technician in.

They refuse, big discussion, police called he gets charge with causing an afray at an airport, fined. He then goes to the local C'link office to lodge his as yet uncompleted OAP applications forms and insists he is entitled to have a C'link officer complete the forms for him. Eventually he does it himself. And more...

Yes, pay money plus while owner watches make the weapon useless; bend the barrel, weld the area where the cartridge is inserted so that it can never be used or repaired, run a disc grinder through the firing mechanism, etc. This does work.

It can go both ways, older brother of my Thai son's Thai wife asked for 500,000Baht for him to bank ready to pay for my funeral, 5 days of ceremonies, numerous monks, big Chinese style banquet, dancing girls, big fancy big packs of food and drinks for funeral attendees to take home. All with the purpose of making her family look important / rich. Plus he planned to amke a list of all family members to eceive a gift of 100,000Baht cash. My Thai son intervened and personally told all rellies it's a scam to get your full correct name, address, phone no etc. Son got the name list and ripped it up where many could see. Big brother quickly went into hiding for several months.

You misssed the new top of the line Benz or BM for the MIL.

Last time it was discussed there was a suggestion to use current a/p for domestic flights and build new a/p for international. Never happened.
