Yes, there is a real income requirement, but as usual they can walk around the rules. In reality it means that a foreigner on such a Non-B extension is allowing his employer to get away with both an illegal salary as well as providing him with fake information that leads to an illegal extension.

Looking about the web I saw that I can get to Koh Samui in 7 hours on a ferry for 765 baht. So that is an option too. I guess a lot more is open over there.

You shouldn´t trust the reviews, I´ve been there in person 3 times and no problem at all.

However, it´s really cheap to go now, so you should definitely go. As you say, when you come there you will surely find something that you see as good.

Does this also mean that they will investigate were the money for all the paid bribes was coming from? Maybe that would also put a plug in the Red Bull talking mouth that says they have no involvement. I am pretty sure that a shell company that is owned buy a foreign subsidiary that is in some way connected to a Thai company who the Red Bull organisation have part ownership in is going to be involved.

I just hope they will not classify this as suicide.

Maybe Jeremy did what he is accused of, maybe he didn't, but it is clear that a man's life is being destroyed for groping and sex, something those women consent to for money on a daily basis. Hard to get outraged about that.

If he is innocent, then the court will hopefully see that. It can also be like you are saying, that the women you mentioned is just hanging along the meat train and might do fake accusations, but do you have any bad to say about the other 14 or more? I find it hard to see that many made up stories.

Ok, was not sure of that one. As you say, you have experience. I was also surprised of a 4 year visa at all, but maybe with Non-B if you have a contract for 4 years.

However, it was not really about that. It was more about that the OP can get a 5 or 10 year visa as a retired person too. ????
