How can there be honest statistics when the Thai government does not provide mental heath treatment for non adults. Only way to get treatment for the young is privately as far as I'm aware. Meaning many people go untreated until they reach adulthood.

How'd they come up with the statistics being as they do not treat youths at government psychiatric hospitals in Thailand. Only place for antidepressants to be obtained is privately. My observation come from the Korat area.

Forms in Thailand have numbers. What number was the one she signed? My wife never signed a form admitting to failing to do a TM30. I did publish a photo of my TM30 which is in my passport showing my wife declaration as to my residence at her house. Unfortunately the mods deleted it as it showed personal information.

If anyone needs to worry about about their visa here then it has to be me. I'm married with 3 leuk rung teenage children. To confirm my stay here I do everything by the book. I offer no bribes to immigration, police or the likes. If any ask for one I refuse. I play by the rules. At immigration the other year I went to get my passport stamps transferred to my new one. The officer asked for 400 Baht. I told him there was no charge for the transfer and I wasn't paying. He backed down. Shame other farangs don't play by the book. It may make life here easier.

15 years of doing extensions before immigration decided to ask my wife why she hadn't ever submitted a TM30. They fined her 400 Baht 2 years or so ago. I know of no farang that has been fined for not submitting a TM30. Anyone else know of one?

You do not need to submit a TM30. Your wife has to within 24 hours of you taking up residence.

That really gets up my nose. Dogs are territorial and have their territories marked by their scent.
