Go to a clothes stall anywhere in Thailand and look for second hand clothes. You will find no end of farang clothes cuz that's where they originate from. I would never consider looking anywhere else.

I went to Buriram IO today to renew my annual marriage extension. I'm not a fan of immigration as I see most of them as crooks. But today at my first time attending the new office I was pleasantly surprised. All new staff, since I last went, and I could not fault the speed and friendliness which in the past has been a rarity. I dunno if people know but they've now stopped farangs having to supply a copy of the up to date KR 2. Would have been good if they'd announced it before as my wife had to do a bit of running around for something that wasn't required this year.

Or from a Thai doctor. I was treated by at least 3 doctors for well over a year for Asthma until I went and saw a gastroenterologist who tested me positive for H Pylori infection. I never had Asthma. Bloody money I wasted due to them.
