Steel Maker Challenges Safety Results Amid Earthquake Probe
Dan O replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
If the govt confiscated the defective steel back in January why are they telling the company they have to account for any movement of those materials? They shouldn't have been in the companies possession. -

Thai Senators Face Potential Disqualification Amid Voting Probe
Dan O replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
Just smoke and mirrors I suspect. The EC isn't taking a position and letting DSI do the dirty work. Dont be surprised if the courts rule that DSI doesn't have jurisdiction to pursue this and the EC doesn't have to act. Then everyone can claim victory on all sides including the suspect Senators, but no one is held accountable. -
I don't believe there's much main branch intervention and hasn't been for quite a while, its pretty seamless and automated. The main swift code and your account numbers gets it where its going.
-
Once it hits the main branch your account number is used to post to, so no need to go to the actual branch as your already inside the system.

Its very interesting that they only talk about looking at the Chinese company for infractions and construction issues but do not mention the associated Thai\Italian company counter part in the construction failure. They need took at all the players in this regardless of who they are and determine if their is culpability as well.

Not sure about that. I've had no problems and the transfers are typically next day though and all coding is correct on the statements

Not all Thai banks are a partner with Wise so it can travel thru a partner bank to an unassociated bank which is not a lot different than an intermediary bank as it can cause delays and also coding issues. Same happens in other countries

Top 10 Reasons People Spend Time on the Forum

Yet here you are still reading and posting -
How is my statement misleading? Your post supports exactly what I said Wise is not a bank and doesnt not provide typical banking protections. Depositing money in other banks provides them protection but not you.

Thai Restaurant Industry Faces Crisis as Purchases Plummet by 40%
Dan O replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
First off there's no cliche bs here other than the reply you wrote. You obviously don't know anything about the industry. What I wrote is accurate and if you did some research you would see that. I never said they weren't profitable I said they make most if the revenue from rentals and franchise fees so learn to read. -
British Widow's Heartbreak: Husband's Death Brings Bureaucratic Ordeal
Dan O replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
Your not really on point with your suggestion about use if an AED as a life support instrument being the same as administering medication. If a layman tries to use it in an inappropriate situation the AED will not fire unless electrical impulse from the heart is within specified parameters. I worked in the medical industry specifically with all thoracic instrumentation and can attest that their use is not the same as administering medication in an unknown scenario. While airline may have the medicine you mentioned in their crash kit it isn't dispensed " just in case". Its there for situation that can be identified as appropriate. Your suggestion implies no one would help a person in distress which is far from the fact. Airline staff are not instructed to just stand by and watch people die because of legal liability issues. They take every appropriate action available including call for medical assistance from trained personnel that may be on the flight, to contacting medical service for support while in flight but administering medication in an unknown medical emergency just in case is not one of them. -
British Widow's Heartbreak: Husband's Death Brings Bureaucratic Ordeal
Dan O replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
I never said anything about legal liability. While thats a concern for many its not necessarily the overriding issue. Its more taking the proper medical action and without the right knowledge of what the problem actually is you could very well injure or kill someone needlessly with the wrong action medically. -
Suspect Arrested in Fatal Stabbing of Teen at Nonthaburi Petrol Station
Dan O replied to snoop1130's topic in Bangkok News
FFS, that must have been a horrendously hostile look to end up getting beaten and stabbed to death over. At least this guy is old enough to prosecute. Hopefully the others are also old enough to prosecute and it actually happens. -

I don't think they are able or medically qualified to diagnose what the true medical condition is so to administer medication correctly would be at best a guess an unwise -
Earthquake Panic Empties Andaman Coast: Tourist Numbers Plunge
Dan O replied to webfact's topic in Southern Thailand News
Plenty have been, and if not wiped out severely damaged,, google it. Early this morning tsunami alerts out of Tong . There have been a series of earthquakes world wide since the Myanmar quake and apparently they are continuing to some degree. The cautions should be considered when making plans to go to those beach here currently -
I've used swift for monthly transfers for years and never an issue. Swift wasn't the problem the receiving bank you used was. Positive tracking and always coded correctly. Wise is ok until it isn't and its not a bank so not under any of the normal banking rules and protections. It seems to be in the not ok category lately on a regular basis.

Chinese Men Caught Removing Documents from Collapsed Building in Bangkok

Those columns do appear in other photos so not sure why Yagoda claims those were photo shopped (since he circled them). He won't provide any proof just a claim without support most likely -

He wants to get along with all countries? Are you really that ignorant to his statements and actions? He wants to get along with other nations only as long as they fall in line and do whatever he dreams up as their way of showing fealty to him and his wishes- 350 replies

People are not mind readers and dont know you intention. Perhaps you should be clearer on what you post. If your comment was to someone else you should have posted that statement to that person or identified that in your comment. You have a great day now

Your seeing a delusional world where fact is fiction and liars are believed just on their word not on the real accomplishments. You are seeing the destruction of America by a pathological narcissistic moron cheered on by naive easily fooled followers. You have no concept of the damage he's doing and don't seem to care either. Your held in a trance by sound bites because you have a cause you can blame and Trump has shown you can lie, cheat and steal but claim its someone else's fault. Last time a person was conducting this type of slash and burn approach to all aspects of government, eliminating all their enemies thru systemic condemnation and abuse, reshaping it into their own image was germany leading up to wwII.

One very telling action thats not getting much press are the pardons he's granting convicted felons. The Jan 6th crowd got some press but people should be looking at the other pardons he continues to issue. He rails against illegal immigrants and how they are dangerous criminals yet he pardons some pretty dangerous and scummy people that have already shown how they abuse people.
