It wasnt a political rally. So think again The only political aspect to the Kennedy center in general is that Trump felt the need to dismantle the board of directors appoint his crony suck ups and have himself elected as chairperson, banning certain types of artistic activities there. His comments to the press were very telling about his feelings toward citizens he's supposed we to be representing.
