  1. That's the stupidist analogy anyone could ever make. Not even close to being comparable. You really should at least try to use your brain sometimes.
  2. Nope its the same law everywhere and always has been. Thailand's judicial system doesn't use precedence in legal rulings. They can argue for precedence but its not like western law
  3. And what did the Thai guy do before that, do you know? Could he have dont something the caused the fat guy to react? You weren't there
  4. You dont know if they were harmless or not as you weren't there and all you have to reference is a video and that doesn't show what really lead up to it. Im not condoning the fat guys actions but either way to come from behind and hit someone with a bottle in the head like he did was a pussy move.
  5. Its not legal so challenge all you want it won't stand
  6. It wasn't legal before this either and hasn't been for quite some time. Ranks right up there with starting a business to try and buy a house, not legal in 99.9 % of the cases
  7. Coming from behind with a bottle is nothing but a pussy move. If he wanted to help his friend then stand and fight like a man. Typical thai move its either a gang up or something like this. You have no idea what started the whole thing just what was videod which probably doesn't show the whole incident.
  8. Yeah animal behavior while the thai sneaks up behind him and hit him with a bottle and thats acceptable?
  9. Yeah a lot of indignation coming from the crowd that frequent thai call girls and ladyboys but can't stomach seeing the same on TV.

Sorry but your finance degree from Google expired. I dont think you can renew it without proof of intelligence. You clearly have no idea what your talking about. Im guessing you believe the tariffs are paid by the origin country not the importer
  11. You gave no facts to me just made an opinion that has no basis in fact. You can try again but nothing changes
  12. Dont you hate it when facts get in the way of your fiction thinking? It just spoils the mood doesn't it?
  13. You can get a multi entry permit along with the 12 month extension which does the same thing as what you were trying to do. Some extra costs for it but worth it if you need to travel in and out
  14. Doesn't work that way when you alienate all your allies with the moronic crap he's doing and they retaliate with like tariffs and boycotts of US products.
  15. Actually your statement isn't on point. Karma, a Sanskrit word meaning "action," refers to the principle of cause and effect, where our actions, driven by intention, lead to consequences, shaping our future experiences, often in the context of rebirth. Here's a more detailed explanation: Intention is Key: In many traditions, it's not just the action itself, but the intention behind it that determines the nature of the karma. Not Punishment, but Learning: Some interpretations of karma emphasize that it's not about punishment, but rather a natural law of cause and effect, providing opportunities for growth and learning. Samsara and Rebirth: In some belief systems, karma plays a crucial role in the cycle of rebirth (samsara), where past actions influence the nature of future lives. Different Interpretations: While the core concept of karma as action and consequence is widely understood, different traditions and philosophies offer varying interpretations of its nature and scope. Hinduism: In Hinduism, karma is divided into three types: Sanchita (accumulated karma), Prarabdha (karma experienced in the present life), and Kriyamana (karma created in the present life). Buddhism: In Buddhism, karma is seen as a force that shapes the cycle of rebirth, with good actions leading to positive outcomes and bad actions leading to negative outcomes. Jainism: Jainism views karma as a fine particulate substance that settles upon the soul (jiva) according to the deeds a person does, adding to the burden until the soul is freed through religious disciplines. The Core Concept: Karma is essentially the idea that every action, thought, and word has a consequence, and these consequences, both positive and negative, will return to the individual.
  16. It may be a leaking water pump as well. They have a weep hole that water will spray out of if the internal seal is defective. When that happens it sprays all over the engine like what you see here. Doubt its the cap thats defective. Easy enough to check, fill with water run the engine until it gets hot and watch for the spray from the water pump
  17. Way to early to say the tariffs are causing this in tourism. Its just like they used that excuse on the lack of sales for cars a few weeks ago was caused by tariffs. Anywhere (except the truth) to point the blame and have an excuse is good enough.
  18. Same with the Canadian TA he negotiated last term that now he claims was so badly done. He's truly a moron
  19. If the govt confiscated the defective steel back in January why are they telling the company they have to account for any movement of those materials? They shouldn't have been in the companies possession.
  20. Wrong president. Trump is doing just this right now but some are too ignorant to see the truth.
  21. Yeah we know Bob you hate everyone and everything thai
  22. Just smoke and mirrors I suspect. The EC isn't taking a position and letting DSI do the dirty work. Dont be surprised if the courts rule that DSI doesn't have jurisdiction to pursue this and the EC doesn't have to act. Then everyone can claim victory on all sides including the suspect Senators, but no one is held accountable.
  23. I don't believe there's much main branch intervention and hasn't been for quite a while, its pretty seamless and automated. The main swift code and your account numbers gets it where its going.
  24. Once it hits the main branch your account number is used to post to, so no need to go to the actual branch as your already inside the system.
  25. Its very interesting that they only talk about looking at the Chinese company for infractions and construction issues but do not mention the associated Thai\Italian company counter part in the construction failure. They need took at all the players in this regardless of who they are and determine if their is culpability as well.
