Yeah, option 1 is dont use latex or any glue, use the wall paper paste made for it. Option 2 is use the steamer on wallpaper thats been pasted correctly and it works? On glue not so much. Don't even think about the adhesive remover or wd40. Option 3 they make an extra thin gypsum board to cover the fiasco a glued wallpaper removal job leaves. Rather than waste days trying to remove it, put up new gypsum up over it and start fresh. .

do a whole wall thats been latex glued with that and get back to us and let us know how it goes. You wont be happy

you dont use latex glue or any glue for wallpaper. They make a paste for wallpaper and you need to use that. If you do it with a latex or any other glue you will never be able to remove it in the future with extreme difficulty

That's a bit of overkill as the pressure isn't high enough to blow off a glued cap or you'd have broken pipes constantly now. You can do it any way you like that makes you comfortable.

To answer your question on the water hammer, yes that would work. Cut in a T connector close to the end run to the water tank. On the vertical pipe make it a size larger than the water line your tapping into (example: main line to tank is 3/4" then cut in a 3/4" x 1' x 3/4" and 1" vertical pipe about 12" to 16") and put a cap on the end and its done. You may have another issue with your pressure switchr something else as it should still pump without cycling until the toilet tank is filled

Condo: Landlord Bankrupt - What's Next?
Dan O replied to Sluglord's topic in Real Estate, Housing, House and Land Ownership
True about the deposit because that went to the owner not the bank so I would consider it gone. As for the free two months I think he needs to get the answer to actually controls the condo. If it's the bank then that's who he needs to deal with if he wants to stay there without issues. If its that landlord then I would press for whatever I could and consider the remainder gone. If its still with the owner then I would also be looking to move out of there as the handwriting is on the wall. -
Condo: Landlord Bankrupt - What's Next?
Dan O replied to Sluglord's topic in Real Estate, Housing, House and Land Ownership
Banks don't step away from a loan. If the condo owner hasn't paid he's defaulted on the loan and the bank owns the condo if they're enforcing the loan agreement. WHo put the vacate notice on the door? The vacate notice may have come from the bank as they hold the loan. If that's the case the rent money should not go to the "owner" if he's in default already. The condo management has no control over what the bank wants to although they will do whatever they can to "buy time" and not have it listed as foreclosed as it makes the building look worse. Banks here typically dont force you out until the last second because they dont like recording the default on their financial books as it looks bad and they have to list the debt with an offsetting reserve (typically). given how many people are probably in default it would overwhelm cash flow most lenders here. You need to find out where the loan status is and who issued the vacate notice and talk to them. If the loan is in default and they are "foreclosing" they may be happy to rent it to you as that helps offset there situation of non payment. THe owner you rented from may not actually be the "owner" at this point. -
Part of this "new" security feature is to avoid spam and spoofing programs or automated programs to not easily access your account. It could be generated also if this system detects different IP address' or unrecognized machines being used from normal machine or access. One thing that apparently also happens when you click the "you are not a robot" button is they can download you search history. so good and suspicious at the same time

Co-owner being difficult
Dan O replied to alyx's topic in Real Estate, Housing, House and Land Ownership
Common areas are hallways, entrances and exits and elevators. Areas where anyone living there has access to and can use. Exterior walls, and roof and sometimes exterior windows are considered master entity of the building as they support and protect everyone but can not be used by anyone specifically. -
He, she, they, them, whatever. They have made so many claims that are bs and contradictory. Originally they posted that their intent was just to raise the number of post as quickly as possible. On another early on they made a comment referencing their husband liking something or other. They are just a troll posting nonsense to get replies as far as I see it

US consulate interview for tourist visa
Dan O replied to NotJoeMama's topic in Visas and migration to other countries
Yes you can forget continuing this discussion because you aren't the OP and your knowledge about the interview process is obviously limited. You also didn't read what the poster said about why he wrote the document. -

You honestly believe they are going to accept a written documemt outlining a person's plan from someone that can't even read what's on the paper or explain it. Family ties here like younger children, owning land and/or a business, having a job, caring for your elderly parents. Marriage and fiancee visas are different category and they look at those separately with their own criteria. -

Sorry if you dont like real life but its out there. You apparently didnt read or comprehend what I wrote. If you think it worked great but I can tell you they generally don't even take any accept any additional paperwork other than what they ask for. -

key word is seldom and they generally dont accept additional paperwork and rarely look at it. I've been through it several times. If it works great but the decision is based on their perception of your credibility to return. -
Great post. As you may remember I copied your layout with a couple minor charges about 1 year ago with similar results. I started with 4 - 450 watt 48 volt panels (Tier1) from Homepro because they would deliver which is a major stumbling block if your out in remote areas. I just started to add 2 more panels myself and have the mounting hardware, frames, panels, etc and I'll be up on the roof later today and tomorrow pending the weather. Only hiccup I had was a bad data logger that worked intermittently. I was sent 2 replacements from Sofar for free. 1 replacement was the plug in RS232 style which was correct and the other is a screw on version that doesn't fit my model inverter. (if anyone needs that one shoot me a message).

They seldom accept letters like this and generally if they do it goes in the trash. They base the decision on their view of the likelihood on coming back to Thailand. -
You don't have to read if you don't like the post, you can just move it along.. But dont make up lies to try to make yourself important. My info wasn't for a noob anyway

You are far from any professional in this area so take your own advice and everyone will be better suited.

Im done with you as it seems you think you know everything about trusts and how they work and in your limited exposure to them.. Im not offerring help to you, it was an option to the OP. Have a great day noob

They make hoses that have a valve inside that shuts off if there's a sudden pressure release in the line. I'm not sure where to find them here. They also have water sensors that alarm if there is water leaking on the floor. They also have electronic shut off valves that connect to those alarm sensors but now your getting up there in cost. I would definitely hook that hose to the valve under the sink if you can regardless of what else you do
-
resident or non resident doesnt matter as the trust would not be in Thailand
-
Im not sure what your implying about the google comment. I have a trust myself so I have done my homework

E Visa help. 3 separate plane tickets
Dan O replied to Dorian999's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
are you saying you have 3 different flight tickets or are you saying you have 1 flight with 2 transfers giving you 3 "boarding passes"? -
Read what I wrote about the trust being in his home country not thailand. As for the land thats also doable and needs no consent other if he has a usufact that's written properly. He's not dead yet so he can act as the lease holder because he in effect is. '
