A motorcycle can be considered using a deadly weapon during the commission of a crime. This changes it from a robbery to an armed robbery. Smaller Chinese cities? The farther you go from the big cities/regions like Shanghai, Beijing, and Guangzhou/Hong Kong, the more peasant will be their behavior.
