Do you even need to sign in utilising a Microsoft account? I wouldn't do such a thing unless I was actually utilising the functions available; such as syncing with other owned devices.
If not, I would use a local account.

They are not referring to the larger private hospitals. They are referring to Pattaya City Hospital in the main, with some satellite facilities elsewhere.

Should be no cost. It's part of the service. Though since it's BP Hospital, I cannot guarante that they will not find a way to add it to the bill.
I have the same thing in the hospital that I use, but they don't charge anything for translation etc Easier to make the appointments through the English speaking department.

Takes a long time--imagine having to do this every day and every time you leave the house.
He's worked hard and earned enough money to buy a nice home to live in but he's virtually a prisoner stuck inside, with his once nice street now dirty and unsafe and filled with homeless, many drunk or on drugs and some mentally ill. I'm in the perhaps unpopular camp that thinks that loitering long-term on the streets and invading private property should not be allowed or tolerated. At least Pattaya is making an attempt to attend to the homeless.
When I was in SF, I went to a local supermarket(Safeway). As I was approaching, I saw an apparently homeless person wheeling a trolley out; full of shopping.
Apparently the staff aren't allowed to accost them, especially if the shopping cost is below a certain amount. I was somewhat taken aback.
Also I think they do it between the change of shifts of security guards.
Same at Walgreens. People would just walk in and help themselves.

Do you hate the people who have obtained 60 day COVID-19 extensions too?
After all, you had to jump through different hoops and they should be made to jump through the same, right?

Clearly leeway was put into place for people to regularise their status during these difficult times.

Try calling this place some time and explain what you need. I wanted help with a sleep disorder and after 6 minutes I hung up and had my wife call.
They do have English speakers in their International Services department. Which is where you should have called in the first instance.
I know personally that they employ staff to liaise with foreign language speakers.
