If your Embassy issues guaranteed letters of income that should be the normally accepted method for extensions of stay - the 65k per month into Thai account was a special provision allowing those from the major countries not providing such letters to qualify using income rather than bank deposit.
Clinics are normally one GP type doctor treating cuts and colds - hospital out patient is where most medical doctors work as testing facilities are on site. If cost is not major factor can recommend below doctor (removed my bladder seven years ago and I am still here).

Don't believe anyone has commented on this, and it is indeed a personal issue, but do not believe there is any rule preventing 90 year old's marriage to a caretaker if that might help them both.
If the did not say when you obtained the non immigrant O visa entry it would be after 2 or 3 months (most places 2 months) having the money in account. They may want it done during the last 30 or 45 days of permitted to stay as for a normal extension.
Get a basic page up just lazada.co.th and try "or log on" and the Google or Facebook below the password area. Click on your Google or Facebook account name and you should be in. It that does not work perhaps clear cookies. You have English language selected? Will still have to translate a lot but believe set for English. Has worked well for me and several others have said for them also.
Edit: I did and do have a valid password account so perhaps that is required first - but would not think so. Would expect you could get a blank page if remove cookies and then log on with social media account if that is the case.
Do not believe the freeze applies to all countries so perhaps move to Philippines in the local area.

Believe you will get all for one price if all part of agreement - mine included several (I am not the 'partial name' persons owing back tax at a totally different address) and these required separate charges. Also a copy I suspect would be additional charge and should not be needed. Believe I gave realter power of attorney for selling property. Did not have to send anyone else. This was Florida some 29 years ago however.
Make a report - please. There should not be any way such a 'mistake' could be made but if a mistake expect you will get refund quickly. Shipments are not from Lazada so this leaves an opening for 3rd parties to fake shipments and ask for COD. This seems to be the normal method, rather than the actual merchandise.
They will only provide the notarization stamp/signature - you will have to return by courier service asap (my realter included return mailer ((although still had to pay as not accepted)) - make sure you have correct address).
For you - but for me Shopee removed bank transfer system so no way to pay except on receipt as don't use QR or Android phones. Lazada will allow foreign debit or credit card payment.
Agree - they get around that domestic sellers issue by having a Thai address and arranging drop shipment. That is why have to check closer even when using such list qualifiers. Shipment expected arrival time is often the best clue.
But believe they get away with that by actual seller being located in Thailand - as said you have to look closely (shipping arrival time range is good to check). Also have seen many "pre-order" notes lately and take that as likely a drop shipment from overseas/to them/then to you. You do have to pay attention when ordering mail order - but in most cases it is worth the effort for ease of selection and good price. And for many things the week or so for a China order is not an issue.
Have not had such issues but perhaps you mean sellers located within Thailand providing drop shipment from China? This would be indicated on order page in my experience and with projected arrival date. That has been going on for some time (believe from when Chinese took control) if you do not check order page closely.
Many do it - if have no ties other than wife here it is a last option to a return to UK - he has a pension and at least 400k in baht plus anything from wife after her death.
