Not clear if this happened at start of new batch or not but appears he buys from his hospital (which may be reason doctor ruled out bad insulin). Although should not happen I have had returned medication from hospital in the past (likely an employee issue) - and no guarantee how it was stored when out of hospital control.

I use a debit card and money is credited back to that card for cancelled items. Perhaps because I never opened a wallet? At any rate this method works fine for me.

Not so easy when you have seven people in household ordering 'stuff' - not to mention frequent meal deliveries.

Believe platforms monitor all chat messages and search key words and block communications if it is suspected financial transactions are taking place. You must go through the platform process. Been there.

I just used my foreign USAA debit card for charge of 1,782 baht at 0941 today with Lazada with completely normal approval process taking several seconds. My sign in was via Google. Immediate email receipt. Are you using Thai card as OP?

Payments are made via platform - not to seller unless COD. Platforms are designed to provide smooth path and safety net between customers and sellers (why else pay the extra costs involved with middle man).

But for some reason that information may not be available to Lazada processing service currently so approval is being delayed. Only offer as a possibility. Was not suggesting your account was empty.

Debit cards don't work without money in account - so if there is an issue making contact/confirmation from your bank they may keep attempting rather than declining?

The New York office requires all transferred money to be by international standards - so wire transfer or international ACH format - Most US banks can not provide such ACH for private customers. Wise transfers - or direct SS deposit to Thai bank accounts work fine and is cost effective. No need to use New York even if using Bangkok Bank. If your pension is official US has dual tax agreement with Thailand which should prevent any such tax. But chances are slim that it will apply to those on retirement in any case - if enacted (a big if) suspect it will target Thai investment earnings and perhaps foreign workers tax free international incomes.

He has been selling off belongings to get booze money from recent postings. Surely that is a current priority. And visa trips are a good excuse for a few extra brews. -
Try, try again. Or get an agent to sponsor your request for account. That is why it is often an advantage to obtain non immigrant O visa in your home country (if funds required they can be in home country) and then arrive on the non immigrant visa entry and obtain bank account and make transfers into it during 1st 30 days. You may also be able to get such a visa in adjacent country without funds being in Thailand but not sure if that is current policy or not..

Is it unlimited but reduced speed after set amount by chance? Likely she (if teenager) is using a lot more data than wife. Are they actually the same data plan? They provide so many different plans really need to read fine print and check amount of usage if there are speed limits. Edit: missed your thread header, as often done, and seems that provide answer. Only 15mg are at full speed. If google that card name get: "Data 15 Mbps 100 GB and unlimited data with 128Kbps"

The value of solar spotlight wattage compared to the old system
lopburi3 replied to billd766's topic in The Electrical Forum
Wattage is the power consumption - volts x amps determines the watts so the same regardless of voltage for the same 500w light.
