Regarding the OP's post the interval between Moderna boosters is 3 months at MedPark and has been for some time. Refer to MedPark's FB page. At least one other leading hospital in Bangkok has the same interval. I had the second Moderna vaccine at Medpark yesterday, 3 months after the first. From entering to leaving the hospital it was less than 15 minutes with no requirements to sit for 20 minutes post vaccination as was the case the previous 3 times. As always superbly organised.

Thailand Pass & Connection in BKK from Vietnam

The following rules out most of the non-Thais that one sees around central Bangkok '...dress decently, and are well groomed,....'. There are many Thai women that I know or are friends of my wife (who I also know) in the category that Thaibeachlovers states who do or would approach a man, not wait to be approached. If you are a relative newcomer you may not notice it, but to anyone who has been here more than a few weeks it is easy to spot.

There are several storage rooms in the condominium where I live and own a unit. They are available for rent only and officially only to co-owners. Price ranges from 1,000 to 2,000 baht a month. I have been renting a smaller unit which has an area of about 15 sq.m for more than 10 years for 1,000 baht a month, although up to about 5 years ago there was no charge. All room have a power supply, so in the case of the one that I rent this means lighting and a fan. Pre COVID selling price of units about 150,000 baht per sq.m.

It is possible to trade in US stocks with SCB, but not I think if you are a US citizen. This may be a BOT regulation. Have you asked SCB? -

About a year ago I used her, but did not meet her. She carried out all work with her normal professionalism and I paid at the end - this was her suggestion. I first used her almost 20 years ago and met her then and subsequently. I did not pay for the first meeting; she never requested. Maybe times have changed. -
Getting a car loan or lease without a work permit
rimmae2 replied to Thinkingofachange's topic in Thailand Motor Discussion
Bought a car for several million THB 4 years ago using hire purchase without a work permit. Procedure and documents were the same as when I bought a similarly priced car from the same dealer a few years earlier, when I had a work permit, except documents related to income. Latter time I submitted a letter from overseas Employer stating salary is xxx and maybe bank statements. Credit history in Thailand was checked - 20 years or so. -
As the OP stated this forum is about business and the video is about business, albeit with an emphasis about crypto. Give credit to Thailand and the dynamic, bright businesspeople in the video, rather than in which forum it has been posted. Forum is not just for the 'you know how many of us feels....' You don't have to read the post or open the video.

Narin is excellent and his style of design is certainly influenced by his French training, which may not be to everybody's taste. Apart from him I use Tanika near Sukhumvit 14. Both Narin and Tanika would not make a suit or even a shirt overnight - they are professionals, who take pride in their work. Just watch Narin working for a minute or so. If this is what you want and can wait a week for a shirt, 2-3 weeks for a suit then you should be satisfied with the product. If you want a shirt in a day they would refuse

I don't need to think. I know from experience of working in the construction industry in many countries including Thailand for all my career. If you knew you would know that certain Thai Contractors use a higher percentage of Thais than labour from neighbouring countries on projects in Thailand especially on prestigious projects such as Queen Sirikit Convention Centre.

FYI I also read it and know enough to know that you have been given good and free advice, so my point is why look elsewhere for something that is proven and not expensive? As a PR of Thailand and someone who has entered 5 times since COVID I have read enough posts about Insurance. Fortunately I do not have to buy what has been suggested, but may do if I did.

FYI I have a Thailand Pass to arrive on 28 Jan but made a late change yesterday to my flights to arrive tomorrow. I made a new application for TP for new arrival date and received approval in about 5 seconds.

Thailand, the most beautiful girls in the world.

I suppose that your wife is living a very quiet life at home while you are observing and commenting on what other women do and enjoying best affairs yourself? -
Thailand, the most beautiful girls in the world.

You jump to the conclusion that what the OP is talking about is wives who rely financially on their partner. There are many successful and attractive women/women with good careers in Thailand, who are married to Thais and non-Thais or are single. Cabin crew, working for a donor such as JICA or GIZ, working for Ernst and Young or similar, entrepreneurs. The first three I refer to as examples I know of, some married and some not. Your view is blinkered. -

I recall last year people stating that uploaded document should be 1 page. Last month I combined 3 pages into 1 page and received approval. Today I uploaded the same document and application was rejected due to low resolution of health insurance document. Is limit still 1 page?

Decide (i) what you want to put under the countertops - dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, oven (1 or 2?) as well as storage, where the hob is, etc (ii) do you want an island, if so what for and eat different levels, (iii) who will manufacture and install - local company, imported, Khun Somboon and his mates? (iv) do you want look at your girlfriend bending down or stretching to reach something from a high shelf? 87-90 cm is typical in Thailand. Some companies may make less high, possibly a Japanese company which is sold in one shop on Thonglor. Kh. Somboon will make what you want but probably you will pay later.
