In Jan 2022 I decided to start taking vitamins at the weekend. The list consists of: 2 bananas 1 packet of almonds 1 carton of orange juice 1 carton of milk 1 tin of tuna 1 plain yoghurt 1tsp of turmeric powder in water / juice (every other weekend) All of the major vitamins are covered. It's hard to say what the result is because there is no control group. But I do feel like I have more energy. I have had no major health problems. I feel less tired. I took 3 sick days in 24 months. One I felt tired and the other 2 was just eating bad food the day before. I didn't get covid or even the slightest flu symptom during the entire pandemic. I think most of it has affected the brain. I feel like I have a very sharp mind now. Yesterday I sat down to play Fur Elise at the piano and I remembered the hard part. It just came back to me. How about you? What changes in your lifestyle made a huge difference?

It's your fault. Your son or partners' son which is really the same thing, did not study and you did not plan a future for him. He should be able to fly though English language tests and land a place at a nice university. If he did that he would not have to do the national service as he is studying. Instead you both sit around drinking all day.

It is highly improbable to 'stay in a shopping mall'. The building is alarmed at night and has motion sensors. There are many staff, security guards and maids that check the building before it closes. You can not enter or leave until 10am. Unless they took the work entrance and which is monitored. The building is full of cctv. The elevators and stairs are turned off.

That is genius.

It's not possible. I did everything by the book. I have a degree in English, a tesol, and I hold the most powerful passport in the world. I have no criminal record in either England or Thailand. My girlfriend is an expert on visas as it is her job to do the visas for multiple companies. She also stays in close contact with one immigration officer. I work at one of the best schools in Thailand. They prepare my documents for me. -- I go to the Nonthaburi office and I got an 11,000 baht visa fine because a bent cop put the stamps wrong at the same office as the one fining me. There are no rules to learn.

There are not many stories. Aseannow just spends 95 percent of it's time finding car accidents and balcony fall stories.

Be careful talking about covid isn't allowed. We used to do that on Yahoo Answers, the website with many retired teachers, PhD holders and experts on it, and then the site was removed off the face of the earth overnight.

I don't have any money and I am too out of shape to fight. I struggle with stairs. They can have the shirt off my back I guess.

You ran 8 km? Why would anyone do that? It's too much to be daily exercise and a one-off marathon is dangerous. Little but often is better than 8k once a year.

It could be the house owner / landlady that isn't paying. I paid my fees on time every month and then one day they said they were missing some. I sent a message to the landlady and she said she will sort it out. They would even come to the front of our house and shout her name. My gf said she doesn't live here. We also had some debt collectors come around looking for her. Please contact the home owner not the person renting it. There is a chance the Thai people are keeping the money.
