  1. In Pattaya, not dozens, but hundreds of retired Falangs are using agents for their retirement visa/extensions. Either they don't have the needed cash or don't want block their money. Is this new? Not at all. Already since many, many years 😁👍
  2. None!! Never!! Only black, 4 - 5 cups a day!
  3. No need for an agent to present a bank book!!
  4. Easiest: let an agent doing everything, non-O, visa, extensions, financing, 90 days reporting.
  5. Last week a 91 years old friend has died in Pattaya. He lived since 30 years on a retirement visa, done by an agent. The agent did all the work for him, including the 90 days reports. Never had any problems, despite ignoring the officially required financial requirements.😁 In his condo about 30% of Falangs were using this "short cut" extensions.
  6. Lowest point? Now, getting old, sucks big time 😨😨
  7. 1961 an MG Midget 😁👍
  8. In my opinion an agent only make sense, when you don't have or want keep the 800,000 Baht for other expenses.
  9. The agents have an agreement with Bangkok Bank and only with them! The 800,000 Baht remains only for about 15 minutes in the newly opened customers account, after it will be transferred back into the agents account. Of course the agent is paying an "appreciation fee" to the bank. Works since many, many years just fine.
  10. No! It sucks 😞.period
  11. Perhaps was one of Selenskis operatives 😁They all have plenty of money 🤑
  12. As a retiree so easy to get a one year extension without any financial requirements. (With Pattaya agent around 15k.)😁 No need for a DTV VISA)

  18. interesting story from a"friend"😳😳
  19. Many retired falangs, and I mean many, will thinking, wow I needed actually none of this. They came to Thailand as tourists, then a Visa agent provided the Non-A and after took care of the retirement visa. No need for any financial requirements.Direct deal between agent and Immigration... and, oh also Bangkok Bank involved.😁👍👍👍
  20. Working for 20 years in Thailand, now retired since 12 years, living in Manila and will stay there until my days are gone. Back to Europe is out of question.
  21. For many retirees the most important issue is to have a trusted agent, which will provide the most efficient service, without any financial requirements, neither in the bank nor as income. 😁 A countryman in Pattaya, aged 85, just got his 30th extention, without never showing any money. On the other side, he must be beloved by the Immigration. In this 30 years, they received about 350,000 "appreciation money" from the agent. (No, not me, don't live in Thailand anymore) 😁 👍
  22. Especially in Pattaya, hundreds of retired falangs, don't have this problem, because they didn't put any money 💵 into their bank account. It's only an observation 😊
  23. The writer of this topic must be more than amused to read all the answers 😁. He provoked and obviously succeeded 😂
