Sure Aluminium is not bad for you.. Neither is Fluoride, or MSG or Aspartame, or GMO food or bla bla...Which the the authorities say are all as safe as can be.. I would say there is a very good chance cooking with Aluminium on high heat could be very bad for your health....

I agree 100%.....Rice bran oil is fantastic....It puts olive oil to shame.....Rice bran oil is the best cooking oil there is.... But I have made a improvement on it......I now use 50% beef tallow and 50% Rice bran when cooking.....This combo takes fried foods to another level of greatness....Its so great I doubt it can be improved on... Believe it or not Beef tallow is loaded with nutrients..

I am waiting on 2 lazada and 1 Shopee packages from China that have been sitting in Thai customs for a number of days doing nothing.. Packages value 75, 150, and 200 baht I keep reading your package is undergoing custom clearance, On Lazada and Shopee tracking... What the heck is going on.... In the past any orders from China sailed through customs with in one day if not just a few hours..... If they cant even get out my few tiny cheap packages, they must have a massive HUGE pile of unprocessed packages stacked to the ceiling at customs... I sure hope this is not the future regarding ordering things from China.... This is just unacceptable...... Any one else seeing this?

I have scrolled through Lazada and Shopee loads and loads of times for 3-4 years now and I have bought many strange Thai foods....And I have NEVER ONCE ever seen a food product that I thought looked unsafe.... Not Once..... This whole FDA food thing is emanating a stench......And it not coming from any rotten food....
