This thread? Heck this has been going on since the first page of the the first tax thread over a year ago.....There have been about 10-15 big tax threads already.. most now abandoned on this forum.... And not much has changed really from day #1......

If everyone does NOTHING, because their plan is to say their remittances are from non assessable income, Khun you are psychic.......You have just mapped out the Russians,Chinese, Indians, and all the other non farangs......Tax strategy..........If they are even azzed to do this much..

Like I have said before...If there were criminal penalties for not filing taxes, they would have to turn Thailand into a giant prison camp to house the 10s of millions of Thais who do not file or pay taxes.... Especially the poor and the rich Thais see no benefit to filing.... The middle class do get benefits from paying taxes like they should, including, top notch heath care for life, and old age Social Security so more middle class file taxes or should I say paying taxes allows them also to pay into these programs..

The Cyclist has been told this countless times....But he keeps repeating the same nonsense like a broken record...

Well one thing I will say is there is almost 100% agreement here that the TM6 is a stupid idea and almost every one is against it.......Except for a few.... Its their country and their rules....Suck ups....

Cyclist sure does not need your type, using common sense and other such non-sense..... It gets in the way of his daily ranting and raving to prove he is always right and everyone else posting here is wrong....

And what of all the land border crossers who just come over for the day.....What address and telephone number in Thailand will they use? Same for cruise ships... And whats to stop people from using fake addresses and fake phone numbers?........Nothing, thats what........So much for stopping illicit activities...... Things work just fine WITHOUT the TM6....

Sir you are full of it......Most Thais have never filed a tax return in their life...And they sure as heck are not going to start filing in 2025... It as clear as day........If you dont owe taxes YOU DO NOT NEED TO FILE... Thai or farang.....Same Same...

This sounds great......Everyone can spend the remaining years they have left on this earth bogged down in this murky unclear tax swamp...With rules that vary by the day, month or year or vary by peoples opinions of the rules.....lol By now I bet there have been at least 20-30,000 posts on this form about this tax trying to figure it out.... The whole mess belongs in the trash....

Nope...I am just not going to do it....I would prefer to hold up the line and be a problem...

I would guess only 20% of Indian restaurants closed for good during covid.....Unbelievably about 80% managed to go a year or 2 without hardly a single customer during covid... Even during high season the Indian restaurants hardly have customers with a few exceptions.... And Except for the Honest Indian restaurant the Indian restaurants have zero buzz and zero support from the farangs at least on this forum.......So how they all stay in business has been a mystery...

This only means one thing.....Indians and lots more Indians on Soi Bukow......As of now the Indians mostly stick to Walking street, Beach road and some on Soi 6 and Pattaya Klang....
