I'm uncertain re COVID. A number of folks very close to me all got it. Around the same time I got a mild cold i didnt think twice about. Shortly thereafter my more serious and inconvenient symptoms began. Now im looking for someone competent to guide me thorough diagnosis and treatment. I have had mild controlled asthma in the past, but now it is no longer mild nor controllable. Im fine for a couple weeks, then all of a sudden struggling to breathe again for days on end. Last week i did 160 km on my bike, this week cooking dinner is exhausting. most concerning.

After years of being highly active, but smoking, its like something broke. I suspect I may also have had asymptomatic COVID. Since, have had multiple flare ups in the last couple months that leave me gasping. Is there anyone in Bkk who stands out for COPD diagnosis and management? I have had a treatment suggested via a doctor a Bumrungrad (which is next door) but it seems ineffective.

Two years here on a COVID extension IS staying legally in the country no matter how loudly you choose to refute it. I too have stayed for two years on a legal COVID extension. I did not manipulate the extension in any way. I turned up, filled out the forms and received my stamp from a Thai government official. how is that not playing the game the right way?
