Thailand ranks bottom of the pile with ASEAN English score
cjinchiangrai replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
The English I have heard from the Thai teachers is dreadful. If they are going to be serious about it, let the retired falangs volunteer a few hours a day to help. If budget is an issue, there are thousands of qualified teachers in India available. Dreadful accents but proper vocabulary. I would be happy to throw in an Algebra class for free. -
Try AShampoo.Com, they sell an Office knockoff that works great. I think I paid around 20 usd for three licenses. Get on their mailing list and wait for a promotion. You can also download OpenOffice for free. It works great for basic office functions. https://www.openoffice.org/download/

OK, it is a condo that they want to sell. She has been staying there for several years. She is a reasonable tenant that does not trash her home and pays consistently. Mature adult with grown kids, no booze, no drugs, no stupid. I can't help much with a Thai lease, I know some people that might be able to help there though. She has an opportunity to occupy a smaller unit in the building but it is not the unit she rented.

Leaving and getting blacklisted

I would allow an additional two hours, just because, you don't know. The 20k cash is a good point, record the serial numbers, just in case. -
Front shocks are 1000 for the full kit, rears are 800 for the pair. Installation is easy but will vary by shop. I would expect under 1000 for all four. It all depends on where you live.

American Tourist Arrested for Stabbing Incident in Chiang Mai
cjinchiangrai replied to webfact's topic in Chiang Mai News
What was the trigger? Knife attacks are never acceptable but neither is stuffing check bins. Regardless, I hope he enjoys his extended stay in Chiang Mai. -
You either need to have 400k in the bank for two months before you apply or 12 certified and stamped bank statements, dated the day of the application, showing transfers of at least 40k each and every month. Watch out for this in December if you are relying on the US Government to make deposits directly. The chaos caucus is planning on payment delays.

How long is a string? The actual milling job maybe 6000. The disassembly/assembly part could vary from 10k to 200k. Boring cylinders is going to be a lot more. No such thing as a head cylinder, but there are cylinder heads. Are you sure you know what you are doing?
