I saw some reports re: the NEW appointment system and CW. Maybe on FB? I think you go to the queue counter inside, show your email/confirmation, then maybe get a special number. That's my vaguest recollection. Maybe just ask at the info counter in the foyer if in doubt. In the olden appointment days, you were directed to, I think counter L1-32 for presecreening (for an ext stay/ret).
