In some countries like the Netherlands there is its called euthanasia, however in many other countries there is not such a things as religious fanatics decide you have to stay alive. Though in the Netherlands those Christian fanatics are trying to limit the right to die. (i get it for people that are not of sound mind) But all others should have that right and religious fanatical Christians should just shut up and not use the option themselves instead of banning it for others.
My, oh my, hating Christians, are you.
It is your political right to ask for euthanasia.
It is the Christians political right to try to try to ban it.
While I am not against euthanasia, I do think that certain political parties go to far now in their wish to open up possible avenues to criminal acts.
And I agree, oh wonder, with the Christian political objections.
Besides, the fanatics, in Christian circles in NL?
You better start to worry about followers of islam in NL, they are much more dangerous.

As I always said, always have an UZI with you on Thai roads.
In this case a can with anti-dog pepperspray or some other nice stuff would have been very helpful.

Good news if true. Thailand's beer needs to be on par with the food.
The Thai beer monopolies are a disgrace. Small business should be allowed to brew beer.
Thai beer is a disgrace.

Retirement extension fee... 1900 THB
Compulsory insurance... 36,000 THB
Getting to stay in a country where you are despised... Priceless...
Thing is, if you reach 70 years of age, nearly all insurance companies chuck you out, or let you stay with a lot of exclusions for silly premiums.
36000 per year is a bit steep, 3000 baht a month, but not unreasonable, comes down to €81 per month.
I heard talk about 2000 baht a month, €54, but it all boils down to the government offering, directly or through a insurance company, a kind of insurance.
In fact, a scheme like this, could generate quite a lot of money for the state hospitals, depending what is covered.

Plenty of prosperity here already. However it is only to be found among the militarized elite.
Any different in your own country?
Maybe not the military part, but the rest, yes!

Since when did the mad monk become the representative voice of the people or democracy?
If anything, he is the true voice of the junta and everything they represent and his actions and intentions are the root cause of Thai probems over the last century.
Is he that old?

They would just go underground instead. Damage done and too late now. Any effective measures would probably be politically unacceptable. Even during the IRA campaign they didn't deport every Irish person living in the UK. Internment as per Japanese on Hawaii would be a non starter. What else is there?
So you preach to do nothing because of political correctnes?
Really?
It is war!
Send those bastard pigs home.
All of them.
Good or bad.

I am not really in favour of private persons offering some kind of taxi services.
But I am really disgusted with the official taxi services.
Not willing to use the meter, not wanting to serve a customer, and most of all these vigilante style actions would make me a fan of Uber.
And most of all, the authorities not doing anything against these taxi mob is simply awful.

Makes me sad.

The Europhiles are so very afraid of Brexit.
Just suppose Brexit will end well for Britain, more countries will go out from the undemocratic moloch.

The requirements for the application for the yellow house registration book vary from one district office to the next.
Which, in fact, is not true.
All amphurs have the same rules an regulations.
It is just how different civil servants give different interpretations to those rules and regulations.

This article reminded me why I no longer fly!
Most everything can be considered a weapon!
Even a rolled up newspaper.
And it is, just like a book, a box of matches, a plastic fork (very nasty).
That said, I rather think journalists travelling to war zones, and only changing planes, should not be arrested for possession of "war weapons".
But who am I?

Looks like Sasatra Sudsawasd and some of his colleagues might be new participants at the government's re-education programme.
In any case there is more than 19 years to go before the end of corruption in Thailand according one of the many rash promises made by the PM.
HAS BEEN.
That means in the past.
So no problem, I presume?

Scary really. As time goes on machines will take over so many jobs. The real big problem then will be how to distribute the money. How are you supposed to earn money when there are literally no jobs available for you to do?
Well, that is your problem then.
Not a problem for big companies and rich people.

Firstly, I'd never let myself get in that predicament, there's this wonderful thing called insurance.
Why not use their own money? Why bludge off perfect strangers?
If you knew someone in their predicament, why not borrow and pay the bill yourself? You can get the money back when they get better.
There is this fantastic thing called insurance.........
If you can get it.........
If you have it the insurance company does not try to wiggle out of paying.......
Why not use their own money?
Well, husband and son are dead.
Woman still in hospital, obviously fighting for her life.
So maybe their own money is gone.
Not everybody is as rich as you are, I guess.......

because if there isn't sufficient hard evidence, merely circumstantial, you are saving the police and courts time and resources by confessing, it could also show remorse, it certainly clears the case book for which they are grateful.
On the other hand, even if there is a confession the police must find hard evidence to minimise the chance the court condemns an innocent.
Circumstantial evidence is never enough.

The sentence should be carried out immediately.
No, it will not be carried out immediately.
Slowly the facts seem to enlighten more and more countries that state endorsed vengeance killings don't deter criminals but make said criminals more criminal and thereby making society more dangerous.
Of course only really enlightened countries will see that.
Not like some countries where authorities want to execute a bunch of criminals, many of them on deathrow for years, as fast as possible, because the killing fluids are reaching their use before date.

UK choose to leave UE, bye bye, au revoir, Auf Wiedersehen, tot ziens, αντίο, Adiós, adeus, sbohem, arriverdeci .
UK has always been a limiting factor in Europe. With its departure, European integration will move forward.
The United States lost its Trojan horse in Europe
The UK has always been a braking force on the Europhiles in the EU.
A kind of barrier against the German and French wishes to control the other countries that still remember the troubles brought on them by the Germans and the French.
Maybe, just maybe, a majority of the politicos are Europhiles, but maybe a majority of the people in most countries are not in love with the undemocratic, unchosen, idiots in Brussels earning lots of money while hating the people the say they are doing it for.
Of course, Europhiles, like you, want Britain out.
I am a Dutchman.
The Netherlands indeed is situated in Europe, that does not make me feel a European.
I am pro Europe, but I am anti EU and most of all anti Euro!
I want my country free of undemocratic meddling by other countries and I want my guilder back.

Cheers Joe.
So this means I have to send the stuff to the UK to get it legalised? Bummer
Could explain why nothing was forthcoming from my employer.
Saw this happen to two friends.
Both married to a Thai woman for nearly 20 years
Marriage certificate translated n Thailand.
Legalised in your own Embassy.
Legalised in MFA Chaeng Wattana
Legalised paperwork, copies of passports of both partners, copies of Tambien Baan.
In the Amphur you wife needs a Thai witness and a farang witness, both bearing ID's and handing over copies of said ID's, while her marriage to a farang is registered.
Yes, you read it right!
You will be just a little surplus to requirements.
But that is what really goes on.
