I think he was referring to the slow lane all along. They overtake you within that metre or two space to the left of you. Doesn't happen every day but it does once in a while.

Scary esp. on quiet country roads. They have no clue which side to overtake from 😱 Also..entering a main road from a soi without checking the traffic. They assume you have the obligation to yield ..🤦‍♂️

I have done the Malaysian border thing as many as 100 times over the years. It was my typical visa extension thing til 2004 when they restricted it. You can only do 2 runs per year these days. Also .a bribe is expected when back in Thailand. I repeat..the guy is broke and using whatever little money he has for food etc Visa runs are a luxury if you are in such a predicament

Overstay almost always involves lack of money Also...a certain degree of stupidity and/ or craziness.

Your visa won't be affected. I wonder why you have to go thru KL? Cheaper ticket or... ?
