    Bussiness is just fine, makes a great profit, average 180 million per month gross. Wages pot is not endless though. Lay off Thai staff and replace with Laos and Cambodian staff, cheaper to employ and no fkucing unions to deal with.

    Yeah most countries like a public holiday. FWIW Thai Labour laws dictate employees get a min of 13 so up to the employer to give the full 19 or not. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_number_of_public_holidays
