Did you not get a 2 dose certificate after your 2nd dose? Does it have your 13 digit identification number on it? The certificate has a QR code on it. Scan it and it should take you to a site that shows your record with both vaccinations. If it doesn't, take your certificate and a print out of the Mor Prom site to any vaccination site and they can check in the computer to see why Mor Prom does not accurately reflect your vaccination status.

Vaccination Passport
cnx1204 replied to Shannoblic's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
I just verified that with a CPHO official. -
I think for the best answer, you need to provide system info for both PCs so we can see which one has the most capability. But..... assuming you have a reasonably recent PC with decent CPU and GPU and are using Win10, you don't need any switches ..... unless you have some unusual requirement that necessitates you running 2 PCs at the same time. If that is the case, you did not make that clear. Win 10 will allows you to have two monitors on and working simultaneous. You can use the mouse to go back and forth between monitors, open anything and everything on either monitor. You can have the task bar on both monitors, though the system tray will only be on one (and you can choose which one). I have one PC, one keyboard, one mouse, and two 32 inch 4K monitors plugged into my GPU. Works beautifully. I do a lot of work on the computer, maybe working PDF and JPG files, business type emails, variety of web work, while working simultaneously with 2 or 3 photo processing programs, jumping back and forth. For what it is worth.

You got some good ideas. Renting where you think you would like to buy is the best. See what internet is available vs what you want. See what it is like at night.

While the posts above are true, they do not negate the annual FBAR reporting A United States person, including a citizen, resident, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, trust and estate, must file an FBAR to report: a financial interest in or signature or other authority over at least one financial account located outside the United States if the aggregate value of those foreign financial accounts exceeded $10,000 at any time during the calendar year reported.

Return back to Thailand Question.

Anxiously awaiting UbonJoe's answer. And if I may ask him to, it would help a multitude of vets if he could include whether or not the govt accepts TriCare for Life that has no dollar limit. -
Go to the hospital you normally go to for treatment.

I seem to remember buying them at Central Dept Store, Central Festival, a few years ago.

Check the COVID International Community Support Chiang Mai page on facebook: https://www.facebook.com/covid.int.cm/ for updates on covid vaccination programs and dates and places but make your appointment on EventBrite. There is a session on 18 October for expats aged 30 and above, but it is sold out (800 appointments). Keep checking the facebook page and other social media for notices about the next session. But remember, you may or may not get a SMS or email with an appointment so, if you learn of a session. go immediately to EventBrite and make your own appointment. -
The JPG file has the phone numbers for the offices issuing the passports. Better call before going. The CPHO was out of them and said they were not due in until the end of the month. The office across from Suriwong Books may be out by now, also. VaccinePassport Application Form.pdf Travel Passport.pdf

As a volunteer working those vaccinations, I can tell you there are two reasons to fill out the form again: 1. People's health can change over the 3 weeks 2. You still need to sign your authorization/approval for the them to give you the shot (like any medical treatment). Medically it makes sense even though you think it is inconvenient. Look at it from the Chiangmai Public Health Office's viewpoint.
