This was a civil, not criminal case, there are no sentences due, nor judgements of guilt, just a court order.

I think there was a few bank staff involved as well. It wouldn't matter if there were a hundred staff involved, your suggestion that this was stereotypical Thai behaviour would still be wildly unfair and wrong.
